Had exceptional service by Bikram today. He was very proactive in matching our couch fabric and floorboard colour to try and find the best rug for us. Would def recommend this store for the service and massive range of rugs at decent prices

Jordan and the team have been fantastic. Went above and beyond with their exceptional customer service. I had to rebook the installation of my carpet a few times due to some delays in my renovations and everytime I called to change they had such an understanding and positive attitude. Will be doing business with them again in the future!
I'm changing my review for the team from CC Essendon. after a great experience for them selling their product, the execution and communication from Brad and Leigh are super poor! They made us put 5 Stars for a discount and sign on the deal on the day, which was ok! However after deposit paid, then problem after problem and delayed happened.
