Josh at Carpet Call made everything so easy. Super knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted, found the perfect carpet within my budget, and no hard sell at all. Install was quick and clean, and he even checked in after to make sure I was happy. Genuine service and great results. Highly recommend asking for Josh, you won’t be disappointed!
Bought a gorgeous wool rug that caught our eye immediately at Carpet Call Ellenbrook. The Salesman J Karim was really helpful with the sizing and assisted us with choosing runners for our space. He gave us peace of mind with options to take home and see if it suited the space. Very friendly service and will definitely be back as we furnish more of our home.

We came into Carpet Call in Ellenbrook to look at rugs and were immediately greeted by Trai, he was lovely and so kind. He helped us choose a design and a lotus rug for our house. He gave us a lot of options and advice, he even gave us a little extra discount from 50% which was so kind of him. He helped carry our rug into our car, just was an overall great experience. Will definitely come back again for rugs!!
Honestly, save your money and your sanity and do not use Carpet Call. We have had the absolute worst experience with them. They literally left us sleeping on the floor for over four weeks with exposed nails everywhere, which is a massive safety issue, especially with pets in the house who have already ended up hurt because of it.
