Josh at Carpet Call made everything so easy. Super knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted, found the perfect carpet within my budget, and no hard sell at all. Install was quick and clean, and he even checked in after to make sure I was happy. Genuine service and great results. Highly recommend asking for Josh, you won’t be disappointed!

Had a fantastic experience at Carpet Call Ellenbrook. Went there to see rugs and I must say they have a great collection. Jobayar provided outstanding service and helped me choose the perfect rugs for my home. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth. Went to carpet call in Ellenbrook today to get a bit of skirting board was greeted by Jorden and the boys and they were very helpful as they had a few lengths of skirting board in the back room . not only did they help me to choose the colour I was looking for they even let me have the length for free the service and respect I received from these young men was overwhelming thank you guys I wont hesitate to come to your store to purchase or recommend you to other customers
