They guy who we got our quote from was initially very helpful and we love the carpet we bought. We had to split our install and on the day of the first install the carpet was brought for the wrong rooms. The installer told us we had it wrong and had emptied the wrong rooms! Installer returned with the right carpet for the first install and then this it where it all went downhill! He was on his phone practically the whole time, he spilled something on our carpet and didn't tell us (when we could have immediately rectified it)... read more
We had our floors finished today and I’m already obsessed. Carpet Call @ Eastern Creek were amazing through the order process. The contractors I can’t recommend highly enough. Reliable, hard workers and a quality professional job. Love it.
Really happy with the overall experience. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator. His advice helped me to get a better understanding of what product was suitable and what the process would be. Appreciate it.
In my entire life I have never experienced such an incompetent organisation that is Carpet Call. I had my check measure done in June, it is now November and still no blinds. One blind has been promised in the next 'Couple of weeks" and the order for the other 3 has totally been missed. This is after at least 5 phone calls and 4-5 visits to the store Eastern Creek in person. I am not one to leave negative reviews as things happen and I get it...but this is an absolute joke.
