Emanuel served me and mom at cranbourne store. Very friendly and patience dealing with our indecisiveness. Good quality rugs! Highly recommended and being served by Emanuel won't be disappointed (:

We highly recommend Carpet Call in Cranbourne. I spoke with Brad the State Manager and he was very quick and efficient in arranging somebody to provide a quote for us, which happened to be on the same day. It was lovely to meet David, whom was very helpful and friendly. Overall, a very reliable, friendly and professional service. Thank you!
