Had floorboards done at my parents house early 2022 Was honestly poor workmanship and installation. I have tried to contact them they offered to give us free floorboards but want us to pay for the labour. It was redone twice over the 3 year period and still couldn’t get it right. I normally don’t Bother to review but carpet call in Craigieburn staffs are so rude especially guy name SAM ( so called himself assistant manager) and other dude Bikram. Mate, learn how to respect women and customer.LEARN LESSON: Never pay in full to these people before job & always negotiate more than 30-40 percent whatever they quote for you.
