When we first walked into Carpet call, we were greeted by Lucas, he welcomed us to the store and showed us a whole range of carpets and flooring to choose from. At first we hadn’t decided which one we wanted to start with but he’s extensive knowledge made us make a better decision. Had floorboards done at my parents house early 2022 Was honestly poor workmanship and installation. I have tried to contact them they offered to give us free floorboards but want us to pay for the labour. It was redone twice over the 3 year period and still couldn’t get it right. When we first went looking to get our floors done the sales team promised us that it comes with 20+ years warranty so we thought we had the piece of mind if we had any issues it would’ve been fixed under warranty. Lucas was exceptional. My husband originally called him due to our insurance builder ripping out flooring and then he told us it was discontinued. We went in and spoke with Lucas who wrote up a quote for us to give them because half of our house needed to be redone. We ended up going back in, organising the floor (the first time Lucas helped us find a very close match to what we originally had) and then booked it in.
