When we first walked into Carpet call, we were greeted by Lucas, he welcomed us to the store and showed us a whole range of carpets and flooring to choose from. At first we hadn’t decided which one we wanted to start with but he’s extensive knowledge made us make a better decision. Had floorboards done at my parents house early 2022 Was honestly poor workmanship and installation. I have tried to contact them they offered to give us free floorboards but want us to pay for the labour. It was redone twice over the 3 year period and still couldn’t get it right.
