Manny came out and measured all the rooms we needed carpeted and was super helpful in guiding us through our options and helping us make the right decision. My instore experience was fantastic thanks to Matt. He was incredibly knowledgeable with all products re carpet. On deciding to have them install new carpet in my unit, information re address and contact details were completely wrong. Installer's were outside another house and after a couple of phone calls arrived and were very professional. Having to arrange time off work and be told they would be there in the morning and then told they would be there around midday was a bit inconvenient. Up shot carpet looks great.
We placed the order just for the last room to be done. Robert our installer, did a great job. All done in couple of hours, matched with rest of the house. Nice and clean. Very happy.
