I had carpet laid in 3 bedrooms on Friday and the whole process ran smoothly and I am very happy with the results. Everyone arrived when they said they would if there was a change of time I was notified well in advance. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and polite. When Ahmed measured he brought a few extra samples which was good and the 2 carpet layers did a great job even vacuumed before they left. Would definitely recommend Carpet Call Caringbah.
5 out of 5! Mossy, Ahmad and Ben were amazing! They listened and were very helpful throughout my flooring process. I actually think I drove them a bit crazy but they were extremely accommodating. I will be buying my rugs from them shortly. Typhon, Ozi and Jem laid the floor and were also fantastic.
An all round brilliant and easy experience with Ahmed from Carpet Call. Ahmed came out to our apartment drew up the specs, showed us through the different colours and suppliers. He was friendly and clear with his communication. Prices were brilliant. Definitely recommend.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Bought blinds in Dec 2021, arrived 3 weeks ago (8 months later). The Carpet call installer put up half the blinds and didn’t turn up after that. I was silly to pay in full 2 days before install. Now no one picks up the phone, and I am left with garage full of blinds. Had an excellent experience with Carpet Call Taren Point. Bought a large wool rug on sale the salesmen Kemal was very helpful in helping us source the colour & size in a natural fibre. Also threw in free delivery which was greatly appreciated. Thanks again Carpet Call & Kemal.
