The product is fine. When they installed it took 2 days for 65m^2 appartment, installers turned up late one arrived was sick the other installer injured himself on the job, i complained they gave me $250 to purchase one of their rugs, the inconvenience was worth a lot more than the voucher!! I gave them my off cut to make 2 mats. They demanded $140 cash which I paid but didn't get a proper receipt only a lhoto copy, that was my mistake as I trusted it was a reputable store!
