Update as to posting my review, I received a phone call from Carpet Call asking me to remove my 1-star rating, with the suggestion that they would then try to resolve my issue. I found this very disappointing, as customer concerns should be addressed regardless of whether a review is positive or negative. My experience has left me questioning how many other customers may have been encouraged to change or remove reviews before receiving assistance. I had Kai come out to discuss and quote on blinds and curtains. He was very pleasant, knew his products. He was very helpful with my decision making. His service was the big factor in my accepting his quote without getting a second quote which it not something I normally do.

Knowledgeable and friendly service from both Callum in store and Diego who came out within an hour to measure for the carpet. Despite having limited installation spots available they were able to organise an install in two weeks time. Looking forward to the new carpet.
