Dropped into Capalaba store last Saturday and saw Callum. He was great to talk to about carpet options & had great knowledge of their carpets, so we booked an in-home measure. Diogo visited us this morning to provide a measured & quote and show us the carpet samples. We were impressed with his explanation of the different types of carpets and his friendly nature. Pathetic Workmanship! Pathetic Customer Service! This is regarding Hybrid Flooring (Supply and Installation) They misguide and mislead the customers by not informing the payment terms. You will have to pay 100% payment upfront before they can start their work. They wont let you cancel the order after you pay the deposit to secure the quote. They will send you a link to accept the quote with your initial that generates a completely different contract document altogether. They have tied up with pathetic and unprofessional i... read more
Rating two stars only because the product is great and the job was eventually finished. From the start our experience with this store was horrific. The salesperson didn’t show for the quote and measure appointment. I was then passed on to the state manager. He was prompt with responses but upon visiting the store to select the product, it all went downhill. The store is dirty, the staff would clearly rather be anywhere else, and my children couldn’t even use the toilet because it was filthy and had no toilet paper. Promises ... read more
