I am an older lady and not sure if I was tackling the store in Cannington correctly. However I’ve had so many questions to ask and JAY was more than helpful. I had the wonderful opportunity to meet Chad today. Chad was prompt and gave me an in-home measure and quote for plantation blinds. The samples are beautifully made and match what I've got. Chad was very informative, thorough and friendly. I really appreciated his time to discuss the needs of my house and budget. Jay did an in-home measure and (but no quote*) for carpet. Jay was amazing to deal with throughout the whole process. He helped us pick out the perfect carpet colour for the bedroom and made everything super easy and stress free. He was friendly, patient, organised and really knew what he was talking about. Couldn’t recommend him enough, thank you Jay!
