One of the worst installs I have ever seen. Was told it would be one day for hardwood another for carpet. They arrived the first day to install the hardwood. I had paid for acoustic underlay, but they had not brought it with them and attempted to install without it, questioned them. Said it wasn't on the job card and they had to pick it up from the warehouse. We had our flooring installed yesterday and we’re honestly so happy with how it’s turned out. Mohammed made everything easy right from the start — he came out quickly to quote, brought plenty of samples, and suggested the Harpa colour we ended up choosing. His advice really helped us feel confident in the decision. A huge thank you to Tommy for the installation. My father ordered shutters for our front entry a few months ago, and unfortunately the entire experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.
