We had our flooring installed yesterday and we’re honestly so happy with how it’s turned out. Mohammed made everything easy right from the start — he came out quickly to quote, brought plenty of samples, and suggested the Harpa colour we ended up choosing. His advice really helped us feel confident in the decision. A huge thank you to Tommy for the installation. One of the worst installs I have ever seen. Was told it would be one day for hardwood another for carpet. They arrived the first day to install the hardwood. I had paid for acoustic underlay, but they had not brought it with them and attempted to install without it, questioned them. Said it wasn't on the job card and they had to pick it up from the warehouse. Then left saying they will come in tomorrow (they left at 12pm) called the store to ask what was going on, they said it was my fault for not ordering it soon enough. Ne... read more
We recently had new floorboards installed throughout our house by Campbelltown Carpet Call and we are absolutely thrilled with the final result. The flooring looks fantastic and has completely transformed the space. The installers on the day were excellent — professional, efficient and clearly very skilled. A huge thank you to Jacob, who installed our new hybrid flooring!! Lovely young man, very professional, clean and punctual. Jacob walked through how he would organise the flow of work, which worked in with me. His attention to detail was great! We couldn’t be happier. He ensured the floor was level, and was happy to answer any questions I had. What a pleasure ii is to come home and see what a difference the new floor has made.
