Terrible experience dealing with Carpet Call Bundall. We arranged for a quote of our buildings three stairwells (three story walk up). The sales rep cam to site to view. Quote was obtained, which was cheaper than another obtained. We emailed the store several times to reconfirm that ALL THREE stairwells had been included in the quote. I felt apprehension in the beginning asking me for 40% deposit and full payment before work is done. Anyway, it is all over because my carpet layers arrived on time, very polite and cleaned thoroughly after their job. Thank you, Justin, Steve x 2 for all your help. I’m happy with the carpet.
We Are more than Happy to recommend Carpet Call. Alan / Isiah was informative and patient with us when we were selecting our flooring and that really shows in the results. Layers were excellent , clean and tidy, and did a fantastic job.
