I would like to thank Romi, at Carpet Call, Brown Plains for his friendly, polite and amazing service. He allowed us to browse on our own, when we indicated this is what we wanted (No annoying hovering), but still managed to pick up on what we were interested in. He efficiently managed to pull out some rugs from a great and varied selection that got us really excited. After searching through a number of shops that just did not have anything we were looking for, it was an absolute high to find somewhere that even gave us op... read more
Romi served us straight away and greeted us as soon as we walked into the store. He was very helpful and informative and took his time to explain the rugs. His customer service was impressive and very accommodating. Very friendly salesman and the rugs he helped us choose were lovely.
We had a fantastic experience at Carpet Call Browns Plains, thanks to Keyur Prajapati. Instead of pushing his own agenda, Keyur took the time to genuinely understand our preferences and worked with us to find exactly what we were looking for. He was considerate, entirely professional, and offered us a very competitive price without any high-pressure sales tactics. We highly recommend this store, and especially Keyur, for anyone looking for great service.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Adam and Jay installed our flooring and it looks beautiful. Left the property clean and tidy, minimal dust and respected the skirting boards that we had just had painted. Installers were on time and polite, such lovely guys. Lawson did a great job of making sure we got exactly what we wanted too. Also a lovely young man. Thank you!

No breakdown of costs were provided. And when i rang them the guy said they had to increase the total amount for 20-25% so their store can have a profit. Since when did a store do that, and why it was not explained to begin with. We collected the materials and everything from the warehouse. A tiny room of 10.2m2… wood effects flooring which is only $62 per b... read more
