Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I originally only wanted carpet installed in 2 bedrooms, as our third bedroom was not ready yet. During the sales process, I felt heavily pushed into purchasing carpet for all 3 rooms anyway, and when I later called to cancel the third bedroom I was encouraged to keep it and “install later.” I even corrected measurements which were verbally approved. Updating my review after receiving Carpet Calls response to my review. They ignored my emails but responded to my review. They also lied in their response. They did not notify us of the floor before install. I sent a follow up email after their response to my review and they said they are going around in circles and won't escalate the matter. Vivek has exceptional customer service focus, our expectations were exceeded by his assistance and patience with identifying the perfect rug selection. Routing examples to various store so we could view. I strongly recommend Bennet Green Carpet Call and request dealing with Vivek for a very good service experience
Akshay was more than helpful, honestly he could not do enough to help us. We are so impressed with the customer service we received when purchasing just a rug, will be back when we need flooring or window covering for sure.
Happy with the product but very disappointed with the install. Installer left marks on all the skirting boards that were brand new. I understand 1 or 2 marks is unavoidable but this was just a careless install. Was contacted saying the issue would be resolved and nothing has come of it. Just disappointing when you put time, effort and money into a renovating a room for it to be damaged by the final trade.
