Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I originally only wanted carpet installed in 2 bedrooms, as our third bedroom was not ready yet. During the sales process, I felt heavily pushed into purchasing carpet for all 3 rooms anyway, and when I later called to cancel the third bedroom I was encouraged to keep it and “install later.” I even corrected measurements which were verbally approved.
