Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I originally only wanted carpet installed in 2 bedrooms, as our third bedroom was not ready yet. During the sales process, I felt heavily pushed into purchasing carpet for all 3 rooms anyway, and when I later called to cancel the third bedroom I was encouraged to keep it and “install later.” I even corrected measurements which were verbally approved. Called into Bennett's Green store just to have a look. After one look I found the perfect floor rug for our new villa at Redhead. Vivek was so helpful and even allowed me to take home a small version of the rug I eventually purchased. Vivek delivered the rug the next day and we both love it.
