Very happy with this place. We had to change installation dates multiple times which was no problem and I could do this via text. Super easy. Installation team was very good, we had freshly painted walls and new furniture and they were very careful. They spent time installing well an removing dirt and dust from old carpet. The carpet we ordered looked just like the store. Only area for improvement would be to have samples available for customers to take with them and keep. Great service and attentive sale people. Warwick was charismatic and gave us confidence in the company. Carpet installer, Ritchie was fantastic and took real pride is his work, he did a great job. Installation of the hybrid flooring was horrendous and the quality of service by the contracted flooring installer, the Carpet Call installations team and installations manager Shane was inexcusable. We ordered a rug at Carpet Call Belrose and were told that it would take a week to arrive. Each week I rang up to enquire, no one ever followed up with me, and each week I was told it would be delivered the following week. After 6 weeks a rug was delivered however it was not the rug we ordered. After another 4 or 5 weeks, again each week I rang, the correct rug was finally delivered. Warwick was very helpful and very kind to be honest I think he deserves a raise he was professional and funny at the same time, he provided with the best in store experience I’ve encountered and he was very assuring which made us feel we’ve came to the right place.
I have used Carpet Call Belrose 3 times now for Roman blinds and cannot fault the quality of service and product each time. Highly recommend.
