Honestly if I could leave no stars I would. Horrendous experience. Lies, extra cost. Unbelievable. Do NOT use this company. I’m so annoyed we chose them over another company. We were told a total amount in the shop which included everything - removal of skirtings because I didn’t want the beading trim and removal or carpet and take away. So I was like great let’s do it, paid the deposit and then they said they would come out to our property to double check measurements. That was the first thing, they didn’t show up. Very happy with this place. We had to change installation dates multiple times which was no problem and I could do this via text. Super easy. Installation team was very good, we had freshly painted walls and new furniture and they were very careful. They spent time installing well an removing dirt and dust from old carpet. The carpet we ordered looked just like the store. Only area for improvement would be to have samples available for customers to take with them and keep. Great experience with the sales team at Carpet Call Belrose. Ahmad provided excellent service from start to finish — he was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help us choose the right option. Nothing felt rushed and he made the whole process easy. Highly recommend asking for Ahmad if you visit!
Great service and attentive sale people. Warwick was charismatic and gave us confidence in the company. Carpet installer, Ritchie was fantastic and took real pride is his work, he did a great job. Installation of the hybrid flooring was horrendous and the quality of service by the contracted flooring installer, the Carpet Call installations team and installations manager Shane was inexcusable.
