Excellent service! A few months ago, I had carpet installed in my house by Carpet Call Bankstown and I am very happy with their work. After the installation, I had an issues, and as soon as I let them know, they fixed everything immediately without any hassle. The installer was also very professional, friendly, and polite. I highly recommend Carpet Call for their excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

Very disappointed experience dealing with carpet call Bankstown. On the day arranged for the carpet to be installed the carpet layers didn’t show up and didn’t call to notify me until I followed up with the store to later be told that they had been sent the wrong carpet and would have to rebook the job. They canceled the next booked date and arrived on the third date however they didn’t install the door trims that were already cut to size for each room. Carpet was also cut short against the wall in the main room.
