We went to Carpet Call Balctta, not really knowing what we wanted. We spoke to Sean, and he took the time to ask the relevant questions and asked us about colours etc We were very lucky to find a knowledgeable person who guided us through the entire process. He also asked what our budget was, and he kept us under budget too! That was especially important for us Then when it came to installation, the guys were terrific too. Never ever will I recommend this company and are definitely not the experts in the trade. They do not like to take responsibility of their so called subcontractor installer.New home build with vinyl plank, glue stuck to majority of the planks, instead of making cuts to the planks around the door frames they cut the door frames to slide them under and have ruined all door frames throughout the house.
