I spoke with Sam about my needs, and he was great—he came out to measure my place and was very helpful. I originally wanted carpet but later changed to floorboards. I have no issues with Sam; whenever I managed to get hold of him, he answered all my questions clearly. I did go into the store a few times to clarify some details. I had a wonderful experience with Carpet Call Auburn. Danny helped me choose the flooring and carpets for my rental property which is located on the Central Coast. Danny organised the check measure locally and the installers travelled from Sydney for the installation the following week. The installers were very professional and did an amazing job. We’ve had Danny organise a couple of jobs for us, he always turns up with a very wide selection of samples and great recommendations for the spaces we’ve needed covered. Installation is always of the highest quality with very clear and concise communication from their end. We have and will always recommend their services.
I had a great experience dealing with Danny and the installers. Very professional, answered all questions honestly, provided various options with advice. Carpet Call Auburn was price competitive. They turned up on time, did a great job and removed all the offcuts.
1st and last time I will use this company for overpriced engineered timber supply and instl. Installer turns up on the job and last minute tells us only white scotia available and no other matching timber color. The nail holes are clearly visible. They avoid doing flooring under draws. At the end they claim there was 0 wastage with no excess planks left over.
