i was looking to replace old cork floor and spoke with sam he was very helpful with me returning my calls and questions of kitchen flooring highly recommend. Alex who installed the job went above and beyond and even help to trim door when needed. thanks so much. we also got the carpet team to come out and do the carpets as well and they did a great job as well
I spoke with Sam about my needs, and he was great—he came out to measure my place and was very helpful. I originally wanted carpet but later changed to floorboards. I have no issues with Sam; whenever I managed to get hold of him, he answered all my questions clearly. I did go into the store a few times to clarify some details. Maurici was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole sales process. He was always happy to accommodate our requests whenever possible, followed up promptly, and genuinely did his best to assist us throughout the process. We really appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
Excellent, friendly service from Mauricio. We needed 3x rugs for the new place. Worked through considering several choices. He was more than happy for us to try & return if we didn’t like it. He even organised a special pick up from their warehouse so we could collect one on the same day. All three look perfect. Thank you
