The quote and sale process was seamless, but the excellent customer service ended once the deposit was made. I was instructed to pay the final outstanding amount 2 days prior to installation and send an email with proof of transfer to ensure install would go ahead on time. I paid it 5 days a head and emailed, and received no confirmation that work would progress. I would have expected at very least an email response confirming they received my transfer.
