⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn't be happier with our beautiful new carpet! After 19 years, it was finally time to replace our original wool blend carpet and underlay, and choosing this team was one of the best decisions we made. From the very first phone call with Justin to Ian's in-home measure and quote, the service was exceptional every step of the way. Ian was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain the differences between the carpet and hybrid flooring options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured... read more
We had a fantastic experience with Shiloak at Carpet Call when choosing rugs for our lounge and dining room. He was so friendly, polite and patient, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. He went above and beyond to show us options that suited our needs, and even arranged for one of the rugs to be trimmed and the edges restitched to our exact size. We really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. We are very happy with our rugs and the service we received. We wou... read more

When we visited Carpet Call at Aspley Shloak provided us with the help and advice we needed to select a rug which both my husband and I could agree on in terms of fabric, colour, size and importantly price. With a few questions he ascertained the information required to make a selection which was agreeable to both of us. Thank you to Shloak for... read more
I would like to thank Wayne Goodger from Aspley Carpet Call in the Homemaker Centre for coming out and helping us decide on our new blinds. Wayne thank you for your professionalism, your patience, and your expertise and your respect. Thank you for helping us to choose what would be right for us. Nice man with a lovely aura. Will definitely deal through you again. Great work.
Kai from Carpet Call was outstanding from start to finish. He came to our home for a free measure and quote, and made what could have been an overwhelming process incredibly easy. What impressed us most was how patient and thorough he was. He answered every question, never made us feel rushed, and clearly wants his customers to be happy with the end result. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare. Overall, it was a great experience. Kai gave us confidence that we'd made the right decision for our home and ... read more
