We were very impressed with Justin and his team at Carpet Call Aspley. Everything worked smoothly as planned… the carpet looks great… very efficient service. Would highly recommend.
I have been so impressed with Carpet Call at Aspley. Shout out to Manager, Justin, who was really great to deal with. I had just suffered a flood in my Unit and had to have all my bedroom carpets replaced. I was a highly stressed customer at the time, the insurance delays didn't help! The quote and sale process was seamless, but the excellent customer service ended once the deposit was made. I was instructed to pay the final outstanding amount 2 days prior to installation and send an email with proof of transfer to ensure install would go ahead on time. I paid it 5 days a head and emailed, and received no confirmation that work would progress. I would have expected at very least an email response confirming they received my transfer. I recently visited Carpet Call in Aspley to look at some rugs, and I had a wonderful experience. The salesman, Reza, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He had amazing knowledge about their products and really went the extra mile to assist me. Highly recommend for anyone in the market for new rugs!
Poor explanation of additional costs involved. Installers caused several marks on my walls during installation, and then didn’t leave me the unused slats. Recommend using someone else.
