From a sales perspective, Artarmon Carpet Call was great. Warwick was fantastic and very helpful. Unfortunately, the installation service and follow up was terrible. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I came back home to find my doors had been removed (with no explanation) and the rim of the walls around the 2x carpets I had installed was totally destroyed. I went in today to ask some questions in relation to underlay for floorboards in a strata building. Service was great and both gentlemen were very helpful answering questions and showing samples to explain the topic. I was grateful for their help.

went to artarmon carpet call today at Home HQ... service was non-existant. My wife and i went in with all intentions to purchase blinds and possibly flooring, we were the only 2 customers in the store for about 10-15 min looking around and both salesmen were sitting at the desk and couldn't give a rats ass that we were even there, couldn't even be bothered making eye contact or giving any assistance. disaponted is an understatement. These staff members definately need to learn customer service.
