Ended up picking Carlingford Active Health based on the staff's extensive experience and long presence in the area (I'd driven past it for over 10 years). Did not disappoint! Jason my physio was so amazing and personable. He had alot of knowledge about my injuries and explained every exercise and treatment plan in terms I could understand. Carlingford active health has always made me feel comfortable and heard when listening to my problems and issues.
