Jason my physio was so amazing and personable. He had alot of knowledge about my injuries and explained every exercise and treatment plan in terms I could understand. I felt no pressure at all to have to use the service again but if I need to this will be my place to go and I will recommend Carlingford Active Health to anyone who asks. I'm very happy 😊
Stars are unable to express the satisfaction that I have felt after my recent visit to Carlingford Active Health. The staff members are incredibly welcoming and genuinely interested in my physical wellbeing. The facilities are very clean and high-quality as well. All the physiotherapists are so knowledgeable and educated! My body felt so much better after years of back pain. Six stars, will revisit frequently.
Carlingford active health has always made me feel comfortable and heard when listening to my problems and issues. All of the physiotherapists are extremely knowledgeable and explain each exercise and stretch's thoroughly. Highly recommend CAH. Lauren and Betty are extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring. Both take the time to understand the whole patient, not just the injury and take all this into consideration when coming up with a treatment/recovery plan. They take time to make sure you have a clear understanding of your ongoing treatment and make follow up calls to check in.
All the physios at CAH are fantastic! They have helped every member of the family with a wide variety of issues; tightness, sprains and breaks.
