Lauren has used her expertise to diagnose & guide my sports loving son’s injury & subsequent recovery process. Even during the Christmas & New Year period, she managed to organise a required MRI & appointment with a sports doctor. We cannot thank her enough & know that his diagnosis will be handled well due to her thorough approach & care factor.

Feels like they really know what they're doing and you're in safe hands. Not being referred anywhere, I did researched the Castle Hill - Epping area. Ended up picking Carlingford Active Health based on the staff's extensive experience and long presence in the area (I'd driven past it for over 10 years). Did not disappoint!
