I attended the medical centre today with a fractured ankle and was so grateful for the support I received from Vivienne on reception. She was kind, compassionate, and helpful which I appreciate so much as I wasn’t thinking very clearly at the time. Vivienne patiently explained what I needed to know for now about workers compensation and made sure I understood the next steps. Her professionalism and empathy made a huge difference to my experience today. Thank you, Vivienne!
I was very happy with my visit to this Centre. I walked in and asked to see first available doctor and I only had to wait 10 minutes to see him. He was very helpful, arranged a blood test and gave me a referral to see a specialist
Saw Dr. Rajendram. He was easy to talk with and believed me when I told him my symptoms. I felt very comfortable with him. He ordered an ECG and followed up with a 24h heart monitor. I was very grateful for his help. I have booked in with a cardiologist but cant get in till September. Thank you
My first time here having recently moved in the area. I called up in regards to an issue I had and received an appointment on the day. The GP I saw was fantastic! Perfect as specialized in what I needed help with. They didn't rush me, I felt like I was being heard and they really wanted to help me. Got me to book tests I need to sort out the problem. Each department I saw on the day were helpful, smiley and pleasant.
Before I even came to this doctor I called and ask if they do bulk billed for pensioner they lied to me and said no then I found out from the urgent care next door which said they did which I signed my son up for in person. Yesterday I took my son here and had an appointment at 9.50 and got there at 9.45 waited 45 minutes and was seeing people that arrived after me go in before me and I was sitting right in front of the doctors door never heard him call my name once so I knocked on the doctors door and he said he apparently ... read more
