This medical centre needs to sort out there DR on a Saturday morning . Number 4 on the list when arrived at 7:50 am DR starts at 8 , firstly both Dr running late First DR arrives is also doing skin procedures so going between GP work and that second Dr arrives an hour late . 3.5 hours later two kids under 2 both sick finally see a DR , urgent care sent back to GP section as said required normal GP care not urgent Care when my 2 year old had a 40 degree temp . I love my doctor but the reception staff are truly terrible. I went to see my doctor today without an appointment (as I usually see him this way) and was told that he is not taking walk ins and wants to concentrate on his appointments today. I walked in front of his door and there were no patients waiting. I waited until he finished with the patient in his room and asked him if he had time to see me and he was happy to. One of the receptionists is extremelly rude and impatient.Needs to be retrained immediatelly.To cover her incompitence she uses the words like abusive, agressive just to cancel the patient and then slums the phone down.Feels like this centre is a money making machine and not a real clinic. What a shame!
I attended the centre on Wednesday with an ill family member and was disgusted at what we witnessed. During our appointment we were required to attend the treatment room for some tests with the nurses. While the lovely and helpful nurses were attending to us, the Manager barged in and started berating one of the nurses!! I have worked in the healthcare industry for over 30 years and have never seen anything like this. Just arrived at Caringbah medical centre today with a sick little girl.Only to be told by reception sorry all our doctors are having a meeting for 2 hours .She looked oh so smug not sorry at all. I said sorry my daughter is sick .So she sent us to the urgent care reception. That's another story🤣😅😂 I really try not go to caringbah medical center. It's like nobody runs that place.?The reviews for this place are not good. People should not go to this medical centre.Miranda Medical Centre is soooo much better.
