Had a great visit here! The receptionists were super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The doctor was awesome—really took the time to listen to my health concerns and actually cared about what I needed. Felt like they had my back. Definitely recommend
The wait on initial call in by phone was longer than is should have been.. Not staff fault as they are all fine to deal with. No complaints on medical attention. Easy park on ground floor (entry on backside alley)
Instead of paying after being seen they now have you pay upfront for a standard appointment but if you're in and out quickly then you've got to wait in line to get a partial refund 😵💫 They never use to do this, why change it??? I feel so sorry for the receptionists who try hard at doing their best to take care of customer service yet someone (probably someone in management who never has to deal with inconvenienced customers from beyond their computer) has got on the turps and came up with this brilliant change.
Do not go to this place!! They don't do anything they advertise. Simply told me that any Dr.can't see me as I did not have an appointment, and did not have idea where else to send me. Why do they claim falsely that they are there for urgent care is my question, giving people in need false hope. Very very disappointing. Remove false advertisement from internet and your surgery!!!
Dr Mehr Zahra is a patient, thorough and supportive doctor. I feel relaxed to open up to her and would recommend Dr Zahra for women's health.
