No one really enjoys having to visit a Doctor but our Doctor, at Caringbah Medical and Dental, is always patient, caring and very thorough. We couldn't ask more of our GP. Sometimes we may have to wait, a short time, for our appointment. That's because she extends the same kindness and attention to all. It's not a hardship to wait for that. Thank you Dr Neela

Was booked in to see a doctor that couldn’t do what I asked when I booked in, tbh office people need to step up their game up. There was one young lady that seemed to know how things worked there and rebooked me with the correct dr., if only I had spoken to her the first time. FYI if you don’t know how to do your job or book people in correctly know that it’s ok to ask, and preferably the younger receptionist as she seems to know how things operate.

Absolutely appalling behaviour from practice manager toward staff. I went into the practice on Monday and approached the desk to see the poor receptionist being bullied by an old man because he wanted to see a doctor with no appointment. I watched the girl reason with the man but he continued to be extremely disrespectful and rude!! I visited a so called Dr called Farhat Jehan around a year ago. I was feeling the symptoms of post menopause and feeling that something was off. We all know our bodies and when something doesn’t feel just right. The consultation with her was probably one of the most fast ones I’ve ever had. She asked basic questions and looked like she was in a hurry. I explained to her what I was feeling, and as I do a lot of research on women’s health asked if we could check a few things. Update... Sad to say their best Dr has relocated to Melbourne. Hoping they replace him with someone good with kids! As always, Dr Xisco always puts me at ease. Takes the time to talk through any concerns and provides the best care. So knowledgeable in all women's and baby health.
