This was my first visit to Caringbah Medical & Dental Centre. I was made to feel welcome by a really friendly and efficient receptionist, guided in how to check in, and got to meet my doctor in a reasonable timeframe . He addressed my issues efficiently and professionally. And to top it all off, they bulk bill, so I did not have to pay anything upfront or any gap payment. I highly recommend their services.
Dr Gibson is an experienced professional and was fabulous in addressing my medical issue. I felt comfortable and relaxed in his care.. Registration as a patient was simple using the App and reception/waiting area is comfortable and spacious...highly recommend Caringbah Medical Centre
I visited a so called Dr called Farhat Jehan around a year ago. I was feeling the symptoms of post menopause and feeling that something was off. We all know our bodies and when something doesn’t feel just right. The consultation with her was probably one of the most fast ones I’ve ever had. She asked basic questions and looked like she was in a hurry. I explained to her what I was feeling, and as I do a lot of research on women’s health asked if we could check a few things. Being kept waiting outside on a Sunday.....and right now a sick child is struggling.....even if we have to wait at least being in the waiting room is better than standing outside. I usually get good service and have a good gp......i am thankful for that.......a mother with her child needing urgent care needs to be in there but they wont let anyone in before 8am
Update... Sad to say their best Dr has relocated to Melbourne. Hoping they replace him with someone good with kids! As always, Dr Xisco always puts me at ease. Takes the time to talk through any concerns and provides the best care. So knowledgeable in all women's and baby health.
