Would highly recommend you choose these guys for your repairs.. from the first email, through to the assessment, and then to the drop off for repairs, Uber home, then repairs finished far earlier than expected, and oh my goodness the Reception team.. Amazing customer service đź‘ŹÂ

The experience with Capital Smart at Mile End was quite underwhelming and the quality of workmanship was both inferior and sloppy. The customer service was also poor – impersonal, transactional rather than relational (I was “just a number”), limited communication, no explanation of the work to be performed, no one seemed to care, no consideration to my availability for vehicle collection, and the vehicle was presented to me in an unsatisfactory manner.Â
