The job these guys at Tingalpa did on my van had more in common with vandalism then repair. The kind of appalling work done to my work van must have been sanctioned from the top, it wasn't just a bit of sloppy workmanship. In the end Suncorp forced me to return it to Capital for them to try again to do the repairs to a acceptable and roadworthy standard. I took it to Capital Archerfield whom after another 7 days got it to a ok standard. But even then they returned it to me with missing parts. I gave up.... Do yourself a mass... read more
Team fixed my car. However with a few public holidays and short weeks, I was initially advised it would take a week or two to complete. Not having a vehicle was going to impact my personal and family circumstances so after a telephone call ‘asking for help to seek a better solution’ they really rallied to get my car back to me quickly. Not a good experience at all, from the initial contact to getting the car back. Was told 10 days for repairs, but within a week of dropping the car off, this blew out to 4 weeks. I was told that this was due to lack of parts but was requested to bring the car in because the parts were there and they could start repairs! I pursued the matter vigorously and miraculously the repairs were finished in the initial time frame. Drop off car, uber to pick up rental car, driving away in rental all in under an hour. My car fixed in 3 days. Drop off rental, ring Capital S.M.A.R.T who promptly ordered me an Uber. Pick up beautifully repaired car no waiting and drive away. Super seamless smiling friendly service from start to finish. Just awesome.
