My insurance sent me to this business and i couldn’t be more happier. I had an amazing experience as they were extremely helpful and genuinely very kind people especially the receptionist! they did an excellent job fixing my car, the whole process was smooth, the repair was a lot quicker than i thought and the quality of work is amazing. I highly recommend this place!! :)
I was sent in this shop from my insurance and I will be sorry for a long time. Capital Smart Repairs would have to be the most well organised, friendly, helpful business I have ever dealt with for car repairs. It’s only my actual insurance company that let the process down. Had my car repaired here as advised by my insurer from a side swipe 3 weeks ago. The actual repairs on the door were fine, but it’s obvious that when pressure washing my car, they ruined the paint on my bonnet. Since then, the weather shield on my window is falling off and I have found rubbish from the repairs in my boot, including a loose machine polish bottle that has made a mess of my boot lining.
