I was sent in this shop from my insurance and I will be sorry for a long time. My insurance sent me to this business and i couldn’t be more happier. I had an amazing experience as they were extremely helpful and genuinely very kind people especially the receptionist! they did an excellent job fixing my car, the whole process was smooth, the repair was a lot quicker than i thought and the quality of work is amazing. I highly recommend this place!! :)
Capital Smart Repairs would have to be the most well organised, friendly, helpful business I have ever dealt with for car repairs. It’s only my actual insurance company that let the process down. Picked up my car today from Capital Smart in Sunshine West which they repaired. Lou and his team done an excellent job and the car looks amazing. The quality of the work is exceptional and turnaround time was as advised on day 1. The customer service at the front desk and with Lou was better than I expected where everyone was very helpful. My car was washed, dried and vacuumed inside which I did not expect. I’m highly recommend Capital Smart in Sunshine West, good people and great quality work. Thank you, Lou and team!
The receptionists were very polite and professional and took care of my needs respectfully. And I am extremely happy with the repairs on my car. They even did some other work for me on request. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Capital Smart for car repairs.
