Being a younger female my concerns about my car repairs were dismissed by the manger of repairs, I wasn’t until I had a male come with me that they started taking my concerns seriously. I took my car to smart capital in south morang after my insurance told me to take it there. From the start i felt funny about taking my car. I should have listened to my instincts. My car is a very new car and the small accident i had did not have structural damage all it was they had to do is get a new rear bumper bar and a rear tail light and take off the damaged parts paint the bar and fit them back. Took our work van in for repairs after damage sustained on a country trip. Very pleased it came back good as new within a week. Great and friendly service
The workmanship quality was good, but the communication regarding the pickup timeframe was very disappointing. I was initially told that my vehicle would be ready in four days (Friday), so I booked a rental car for a week. When I called the day before (Thursday) for an update, I was informed that the repair would take a few more days and the car wouldn’t be ready until the following Wednesday. Customer experience was terrible. I went there through my insurance. The primary damage was to the front of my car but there was a scratch on the side too which they declined to add to the assessment saying it is not registered in the insurance summary. Therefore I rank my insurance and got it registered and got the summary fixed. Despite that the team wanted to dispute that it was not part of the assessment.
