If there were 0 stars, I would’ve given it to this place. I had an immensely bad experience with Capital Smart South Morang. I gave them my new 2024 vehicle on Friday, 06/02, based on a claim to fix my damaged car, taking into consideration that I have cleaned my vehicle from the interior and exterior the day before, fueling it with petrol that allows my vehicle to travel 337km. Fantastic service. Capital SMART was the preferred repairer for my insurance company, and I'm glad they were. Everything was top tier. Communication: amazing, service time exceeded expectations, quality of work was perfect. The front desk Liz was really the best - she was proactive, efficient and to the point. If you have a choice of repairer I definitely recommend Capital SMART South Morang.
Worst experience I’ve had with a repairer/car company. Being a younger female my concerns about my car repairs were dismissed by the manger of repairs, I wasn’t until I had a male come with me that they started taking my concerns seriously. I have to take my car back on 3 different occasions for them to rectify issues they couldn’t fix. Wasn't happy with the service, the only good thing i found was their uber service which they book for pick up and drop off which they obviously claim from my insurer. My pick up after the service was on a date whch i receieved as text message, however, there was no indication that i can pick up the car, so i had to follow up on that and they asked me to pick it up the next day, when i went there was no proper handover of the car, they just handed over the keys and no was explaining what has been done and no quality check as ... read more
I took my car to smart capital in south morang after my insurance told me to take it there. From the start i felt funny about taking my car. I should have listened to my instincts. My car is a very new car and the small accident i had did not have structural damage all it was they had to do is get a new rear bumper bar and a rear tail light and take off the damaged parts paint the bar and fit them back.
