Absolutely unacceptable experience. My car was kept for 16 days in total over 2 bookings, for a very minor job, a small bumper dent, light scratches, and a respray on the lower third. That amount of time alone is ridiculous, the finish is still uneven, clearly rushed, and honestly a joke, but what makes it worse is that the work is still poor quality and has to go back for a third time. The fact that this panel shop is owned by the insurance company makes the outcome even more disappointing. What should come with oversight ... read more
I’m not sure if the staffs at the South Morang brunch understand what the proper customer service means!! I had to push to get my car on the day I was told when dropped off. When called on the car picking up day, I was on hold for 20 minutes before someone answered the phone, and no apology for that rather was trying to say - it wasn’t a big deal!! Worst experience I’ve had with a repairer/car company. Being a younger female my concerns about my car repairs were dismissed by the manger of repairs, I wasn’t until I had a male come with me that they started taking my concerns seriously. The workmanship quality was good, but the communication regarding the pickup timeframe was very disappointing. I was initially told that my vehicle would be ready in four days (Friday), so I booked a rental car for a week. I took my car to smart capital in south morang after my insurance told me to take it there. From the start i felt funny about taking my car. I should have listened to my instincts. My car is a very new car and the small accident i had did not have structural damage all it was they had to do is get a new rear bumper bar and a rear tail light and take off the damaged parts paint the bar and fit them back.
