Worst experience I’ve had with a repairer/car company. Being a younger female my concerns about my car repairs were dismissed by the manger of repairs, I wasn’t until I had a male come with me that they started taking my concerns seriously. I have to take my car back on 3 different occasions for them to rectify issues they couldn’t fix. Wonderful repairs and service. Capital Smart kept me informed of the repair progress. The turnaround time was fantastic. Using original parts on my car was important to me given they don't make my car anymore. Assessor and receptionist were very friendly and kind. APIA certainly provides great cover and service.
Elizabeth went above and beyond in assisting me in getting my car repaired. She was helpful and understanding. Sam and his team were exceptional to work with keeping me updated with progress on my car. The handover from Elizabeth, George and Dion was smooth and easy ensuring I could return at a suitable time to collect my car.
