Extremely disappointing experience. This panelbeater delivered extremely poor workmanship and showed a shocking lack of professionalism. The job was rushed and sloppy, and when issues were raised, they refused to take ownership. Their behaviour was rude and dismissive throughout the process. They made multiple promises they didn’t keep, and dealing with them became incredibly stressful. I would strongly advise others to avoid this business — they simply don’t care about quality or customer service.
Had my first panel beater experience here and it was superb! The staff are professional, warm and hassle free! They also supplied me with courtesy car. I had a damage from side crash and as you can see in the picture, fixed perfectly! Would recommend everyone to use their service but unfortunately, they dont do private work as they have a fixed collaboration with insurance company.
Customer service, the repair and car clealiness was excellent.
great service and my ute came back looking better then it went in definitely recommend these guys.
