I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from Smart Capital. Frankly, none of the feedback options can adequately describe the level of disappointment I have experienced. This has been one of the worst service interactions I’ve ever encountered. Smart provided prompt and efficient service. All inspections and repairs were clearly communicated and well-handled. Although I was told it would take two weeks, I was pleasantly surprised to be notified on the fifth day that the car was ready for pickup. Highly recommended.
