So far, so good! I lodged my claim with the help of Nicole, who was absolutely terrific! Given a range of options, I decided to have my car assessed at Blackburn and Nicole found me a suitable time on the same day, arranged a hire car and an Uber for me. We recently had our vehicle repaired and couldn't be happier with the experience. The team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. The workmanship was excellent, and the level of customer service we received was outstanding. We dealt with David, who was absolutely amazing to work with. He kept us informed, made the process stress-free, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. We highly recommend this repairer to anyone looking for quality repairs and e... read more
From the receptionist, to the assessor and the repairers, we have been extremely impressed. It was dropped off on Tuesday, with an estimate of a week given to us. Just two days later, we have the car back. It was repaired, cleaned and polished. I could not be more thrilled with the service provided!
Tina and Caitlin look after me so well after my accident that was so professional and warm to work with. I got my car back earlier than expected and they even washed it for me…. My parents recommended them, and if ever I have another car Woopsie I’ll definitely be going back… Thank you, lovelies for looking after me.. Sorry, I forgot the name of the man that actually fixed the car but he’s great too

This is how my experience went....car booked in for repair on 14/8/25 was told it'd be completed in 1.5 weeks time. Ended up being nearly 3 weeks later, advised via text message of delay and then me having to follow up by telephone calls. Picked up car, had a quick look with one of their guys and was told that car had been washed for me and he explained that most of the car had been taken apart by the sounds of it...for a small repai... read more
