This is how my experience went....car booked in for repair on 14/8/25 was told it'd be completed in 1.5 weeks time. Ended up being nearly 3 weeks later, advised via text message of delay and then me having to follow up by telephone calls. Tina and Caitlin look after me so well after my accident that was so professional and warm to work with. I got my car back earlier than expected and they even washed it for me…. My experience with Capital Smart Vermont was extremely disappointing. From reception to the assessor and even management, I found the customer service to be unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking empathy. When mistakes were made on their side, there was little accountability. Frankly, none of the feedback options can adequately describe the level of disappointment I have experienced. This has been one of the worst service interactions I’ve ever encountered.
