The one star is for Caitlin on Reception for being efficient and understanding - thank you. This is how my experience went....car booked in for repair on 14/8/25 was told it'd be completed in 1.5 weeks time. Ended up being nearly 3 weeks later, advised via text message of delay and then me having to follow up by telephone calls. I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from Smart Capital. Frankly, none of the feedback options can adequately describe the level of disappointment I have experienced. This has been one of the worst service interactions I’ve ever encountered. I was initially told the repair would take 5 days—instead, I waited over 3 weeks to get my car back. Even then, the work was barely 30% completed. Smart provided prompt and efficient service. All inspections and repairs were clearly communicated and well-handled. Although I was told it would take two weeks, I was pleasantly surprised to be notified on the fifth day that the car was ready for pickup. Highly recommended.
