This is how my experience went....car booked in for repair on 14/8/25 was told it'd be completed in 1.5 weeks time. Ended up being nearly 3 weeks later, advised via text message of delay and then me having to follow up by telephone calls. I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from Smart Capital. Frankly, none of the feedback options can adequately describe the level of disappointment I have experienced. This has been one of the worst service interactions I’ve ever encountered. I was initially told the repair would take 5 days—instead, I waited over 3 weeks to get my car back. Even then, the work was barely 30% completed. Smart provided prompt and efficient service. All inspections and repairs were clearly communicated and well-handled. Although I was told it would take two weeks, I was pleasantly surprised to be notified on the fifth day that the car was ready for pickup. Highly recommended.
Great customer service and exceptional car repair. Had an accident and the rear bumper was damaged. Satisfied with the job done.
