Great communication and impeccable service by the team. Glen on the front line was amazing. He kept me so much informed about progress of my vehicle and made the transition from Hertz to Tullamarine so seamless. A great bloke to have in your Customer service team. Thanks to all, great work.
These guys are deceitful, dishonest, cut corners when doing repair jobs, and will damage parts of your car during repairs and claim they happened before you dropped the car off. Also there was BLACK overspray on my WHITE car, which they claimed was sap from a tree - a professional detailer I went to afterwards confirmed as much. Now the car has finally been accepted by my insurer to be repaired at another facility, I think it’s time to write this review. The car went in with Capital SMART Tullamarine 2 months ago for a minor front end collision - needing a headlight, bumper and guard, amongst other miscellaneous things.
