The car went in with Capital SMART Tullamarine 2 months ago for a minor front end collision - needing a headlight, bumper and guard, amongst other miscellaneous things. I have never encountered such a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience as I did with Capital Smart Tullamarine. After bringing my Mercedes in for repairs, I discovered they had only patched the middle section of the door—leaving the surrounding sides untouched—which forced me to return for a second repair attempt, something completely beyond my control.
