I brought my car for fixing its body damage. It took around 6 days but all was great and Iw as completely satisfied with the service. She was so welcoming at the reception and makes you feel your vehicle is under good hands. My car was inspected by “Leo” who was friendly and check the car before repairing. We just picked up our car after mother had a side impact with another car… SMART repairs made it easy, coz I wasn’t at the location when the accident happened They helped us sought it all out … they ended up helping us repair extra scratches dents and rims damages a included in the repair , I Also couldn’t believe they even got us new tyres. I recently had my car repaired at Capital Smart Repairs, an authorised repairer through my AAMI Insurance, after my mirror was damaged by another driver changing lanes. I’m really happy with their service — the staff were professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The repair was completed on time in short period of time, also they calibrated the mirror properly same as manufacture setting. I truly appreciate their excellent service and would definitely recommend them to others!
I’m really pleased with the repair work—everything was handled professionally and my car is running well. Just a small note: I noticed the driver’s floor mat was stained, possibly due to a lack of protective covering during the service. It’s a minor detail, but I hope it can be taken into account for future customers. Overall, I appreciate the team’s effort.
The team was super friendly and transparent about the repairs needed for my car. They kept me updated on the progress and even offered courtesy car while mine was being fixed.
