They repaired my accident-damaged car so well that it looked like new. The speed of the service was something you rarely experience in Australia. They also explained everything clearly about the parts I was concerned about, which made me feel reassured. I’d definitely come back here if I ever have another issue , an excellent repair centre overall.
The repairs on my car were done quickly, efficiently and finished on time. Staff were professional and friendly to deal with, and I was kept informed of the different stages of progress. Highly recommended.

I just had my vehicle in for minor repairs and I had the best experience. Really easy drop off and assessment process. Lovely staff, very helpful in arranging my travel back home and also explaining what they felt was going to be needed, and any potential issues. Repairs were completed on time, gave me some info on what was done, and a separate issue I should get checked. Best of all the car looks perfect and they also have it a through clean inside and out. A simply fantastic experience.
Thornbury SMART were brilliant and incredibly helpful in assisting me after going to another SMART location and unfortunately driving away with a car that was not fixed. They booked me in quickly, assessed the car and took care of everything efficiently. The people were lovely and accommodating and my car is as good as new - not to mention they also cleaned it!
