I just had my vehicle in for minor repairs and I had the best experience. Really easy drop off and assessment process. Lovely staff, very helpful in arranging my travel back home and also explaining what they felt was going to be needed, and any potential issues. Repairs were completed on time, gave me some info on what was done, and a separate issue I should get checked. Best of all the car looks perfect and they also have it a through clean inside and out. A simply fantastic experience.
What a fabulous experience! From the moment I made the first phone call to actually collecting my car today. The staff were incredibly responsive to my need and offered to tape up the mirror for me while waiting for my booking to repair the car. Verdi ( Apologies if I have misspelled), the manager indicated promptly they would attend my repair needs earlier if possible. And they absolutely did within a couple of days. Friendly and expert staff. Beautiful quality repairs. Cannot fault the exceptional and efficient service. When I arrived to collect my car, they had done extra to help keep my car in best condition and gave me free advice. Really wonderful team there.
These guys are both friendly and very efficient. Drop off was easy. Pick up was even easier. They did a superb job on repairing my bodywork and kept me well informed on timing and progress. Great experience given how annoying having my ute needing repairs in the first place was.
Friendly staff and easy to access. New reception area very nice. Uber to Hertz very convenient. I was kept up to date on progress of repairs. The car was ready one day early than estimated, which was great. Shout out to Lou who made a real effort to clean my rather neglected car roof. My car looks good and I'm happy to be on the road again. Thanks!
