Very satisfied with the service provided by the SMART Sunshine. The assessor is knowledgeable and can identify the cause of the damage. Staff is efficient and friendly. They did follow up and update you throughout the process. They also provide compliment ride home and from home to the repairer which I found it very convenient as you don't have to worry about getting someone to give you lift home.
