Great customer service, super friendly and made the whole process seamless. Excellent workmanship on my car, it’s like new. Even gave it a cut and polish detail on return. They gave me an estimate of time, text the date in advance and true to their word the car was ready on the day I was told. Arranged a cab ride (via insurance claim) there and back when I dropped the car off and picked it up. Such an easy process.
I highly recommend Capital Smart Repairs Sunshine for the the 5 star customer service I received for a not at fault accident repair. From when I brought my car in, the customer service staff and assessor were very friendly, explained every step of the repairs and provided an eta and regular update.
