I just had my car repaired at SMART and from the moment I entered the premises, I was met by the lovely Kathy who greeted me with a warm caring and friendly smile. David was amazing, the repairs were done quickly and efficiently. The car came back cleaned and looking like new. The complimentary uber to get home and back when the car was ready was extremely helpful. I was so grateful to have the car back in a shorter amount of time than I expected. Exceptional customer service. Thank You and well done.

Great customer service, super friendly and made the whole process seamless. Excellent workmanship on my car, it’s like new. Even gave it a cut and polish detail on return. They gave me an estimate of time, text the date in advance and true to their word the car was ready on the day I was told. Arranged a cab ride (via insurance claim) there and back when I dropped the car off and picked it up. Such an easy process.
