Great customer service, super friendly and made the whole process seamless. Excellent workmanship on my car, it’s like new. Even gave it a cut and polish detail on return. They gave me an estimate of time, text the date in advance and true to their word the car was ready on the day I was told. Arranged a cab ride (via insurance claim) there and back when I dropped the car off and picked it up. Such an easy process.
Kathy and the repair manager displayed an impressive level of professionalism throughout my experience. The repair team excelled in their work, not just fixing my Sonata's boot lid and bumper but doing so with meticulous attention to detail. Their expertise was evident in every aspect of the repair process, and they complemented their technical skills with outstanding customer service. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire service I received, and I would confidently rate them a perfect 5 out of 5.
