I had my blue Corolla repaired by capital smart st Mary’s after someone damaged my back passenger door. Poor quality job I had orange peel. It was terrible. I took the car back, and they buffed the car. Slightly better, orange peel not as noticeable but now I have ghosting down the side of my car. Very noticeable in the sun after a wash. Super efficient office staff. A bit of a problem with the insurer which was sorted without fuss. Very quick repair and updates sent. Haven’t had lots of repairs over the years but this has been the least painful. Happy customer.
What an excellent service. Andrea on the reception desk would have to have one of the best customer service. It was absolutely a pleasure to deal with Capital Smart at St Marys. The accessor I dealt with was great as well.
Fantastic experience. Excellent to deal with ant every step. I’m bad with names but the lady at the front desk should be leading customer service teams! The guy in charge of repairs was a top bloke - super helpful and looking out for the customer. And to top it off, they handed back the car looking mint 2 weeks prior. Thank you to the entire team at Capital Smart St Mary’s for all that you did. Highly recommend.
Cannot speak highly enough of EVERYONE at Capital SMART, from the ladies in the office to all the boys out the back. They've gone out of their way to make sure my car is right, and that I had it back in good time. I just wish they were allowed to accept the token of my appreciation that was offered, but politely declined.
