Fantastic experience. Excellent to deal with ant every step. I’m bad with names but the lady at the front desk should be leading customer service teams! The guy in charge of repairs was a top bloke - super helpful and looking out for the customer. And to top it off, they handed back the car looking mint 2 weeks prior. Thank you to the entire team at Capital Smart St Mary’s for all that you did. Highly recommend.
Excellent experience First time insurance claim so I wasn't familiar with the process. Team kept me updated as my repair progressed. They also helped me get home with an uber. Repair quality is perfect Very happy

My recent experience at Capital SMART St Marys was the most easiest experience I’ve had with a car repair. The girls at the front desk are friendly, polite and so very helpful. They organised everything for me, including booking Ubers to and from Hertz in Penrith. The work on my car was also exceptional, a very good job indeed. Would recommend Capital SMART St Marys to anyone.
This team deserves more than 5 stars! To the kind and prompt updates from the receptionist to the meticulous mechanics checking every part of my vehicle making sure that all damages from the accident were recorded.. their work is remarkable. I truly feel that this team has their clients’ best interests at heart by making sure that all the relevant repairs are done well!
