I’m extremely disappointed with this repair experience. Our car was rear-ended and the insurance company directed us to this shop. When I dropped the car off (17 Stanton Rd, Seven Hills NSW), I clearly stated that if it wasn’t being written off, it needed to be repaired properly with correct alignment — otherwise they shouldn’t take the job. Wow. What a professional outfit. I arrived for assessment on the Friday and the job was completed the following Tuesday. Glenn Jones the assessor was awesome. His supporting manner was highly appreciated and his son Jack took ownership of the job from start to finish. The vehicles repair quality is good. You need to consider hiring another full time person at the reception as it is a miracle the current person in the role does so much with a smile. If this happens, it would be hard not to give 5 stars. It is taking a bit of wait time with the current level of resourcing. Thanks for your consideration.
Claim and repair process were easy and fast. The receptionist, Penny, indeed is a multitask person. She handles different things professionally! Repair work is fantastic.
