Car was damaged by the attempt to repair it! I have been to pick it up twice and it is obviously not repaired properly. Is someone supposed to check the repair before asking me to pick it up? Terrible experience considering the closest repair is 20km away from me. Hire car was stopped after the first pick up date. Now say they can't source the parts to fix a car that they have comprehensively insured? Also damaged my speaker and hand the car back like nothing happened.
Recently repaired my car under insurance, the assessor is very curt for all questions like the front portion repair can be checked with the insurance team or even I am looking for a bag to carry my stuff. At the end they did not informed me on the front portion repair after contacting the insurance. Front desk lady was polite but cant take responsibility for the stuff their team does. Not a good experience overall
From start to finish the whole process was uncomplicated, clear and very easy. Staff were attentive and professional from when I dropped my car off for repair through to pick up. The location was convenient, they offered Ubers so drop off and pick up was easy. Highly recommend.

5 stars for customer service, pleasant and Uber ride back home. I was greeted by Glen and he was fabulous and very welcoming. I went in with my concerns but they were addressed promptly. Still need to get one up on Glen for the cricket cup joke! Will update once the repairs are completed.
