I’m extremely disappointed with this repair experience. Our car was rear-ended and the insurance company directed us to this shop. When I dropped the car off (17 Stanton Rd, Seven Hills NSW), I clearly stated that if it wasn’t being written off, it needed to be repaired properly with correct alignment — otherwise they shouldn’t take the job. Recently repaired my car under insurance, the assessor is very curt for all questions like the front portion repair can be checked with the insurance team or even I am looking for a bag to carry my stuff. At the end they did not informed me on the front portion repair after contacting the insurance. Front desk lady was polite but cant take responsibility for the stuff their team does. Not a good experience overall
Super professional. Car was returned 1week earlier than expected. The whole process ran smoothly like a Well oiled machine. From assessment to picking up my car, everything was communicated well. Very happy with the experience.
Car was damaged by the attempt to repair it! I have been to pick it up twice and it is obviously not repaired properly. Is someone supposed to check the repair before asking me to pick it up? Terrible experience considering the closest repair is 20km away from me. Hire car was stopped after the first pick up date. Now say they can't source the parts to fix a car that they have comprehensively insured? Also damaged my speaker and hand the car back like nothing happened.
Claim and repair process were easy and fast. The receptionist, Penny, indeed is a multitask person. She handles different things professionally! Repair work is fantastic.
