The customer service was outstanding. The two ladies in the reception were excellent, helpful and always smiling throughout the process. The gentleman who assisted us in looking at the damages was very respectful, knowledgeable and not dismissive. He makes you feel calm and important. He really displayed a fantastic customer service. The most important was the job they did… it was exceptional.
I am so impressed with the work of Capital SMART at Seven Hills on many levels- polite, friendly and efficient service from reception and Glen + guys in the workshop, quality of repairs, attention to detail. I was a bit nervous about taking up the ‘preferred repairer’ but reassured now - so much easier than selecting my own supplier- they managed everything perfectly. Many thanks.
Terrible service and customer care. Money driven attitude toward customers. Especially the manager, John, is the worst person you want to talk to. No manner at all. Avoiding having my car repaired here would be the best thing I could do in the future. Strongly would not recommend this place. If an insurance company appoints this shop, refuse and find somewhere else!
Very poor service and spray paint over roof of car, front window and drivers window.
Amazing repair job:) car looks better than new! And literally only took 3 days even though others said it would take 10 days. Amazing
