After my negative review regarding Capital Smart Chatswood, I was contacted by Capital Smart and they booked me to take my car to their Seven Hills repair shop. The staff were courteous and the issue was rectified while I waited.
Having an accident that requires smash repairs immediately conjures up inconvenience and elongated processes. Not so in this case. Capital SMART made the entire process simple, efficient and stress free. The exceeded my expectations. They helped me along the way and delivered my car clean and superbly repaired. They als have amazing customer service fronted by Penny. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I waited a whole week to take my car in for assessment and repairs only to be told we are flat out at moment and it’s going to take at least 10 days. Why didn’t they tell me that a week ago instead of wasting my time. . Such attitude from the assessor where do they get there customer service skills.? They are not friendly or helpful at all.
I am so impressed with the work of Capital SMART at Seven Hills on many levels- polite, friendly and efficient service from reception and Glen + guys in the workshop, quality of repairs, attention to detail. I was a bit nervous about taking up the ‘preferred repairer’ but reassured now - so much easier than selecting my own supplier- they managed everything perfectly. Many thanks.
The customer service was outstanding. The two ladies in the reception were excellent, helpful and always smiling throughout the process. The gentleman who assisted us in looking at the damages was very respectful, knowledgeable and not dismissive. He makes you feel calm and important. He really displayed a fantastic customer service. The most important was the job they did… it was exceptional.
