Excellent customer service. Quality workmanship. Extremely honest staff as they found an expensive item of mine which I thought was lost. Anyone could have taken it and used it for themselves. However, they put back in car. Much appreciated.
My experience at smart is nothing but positive. Every single stuff was helpful and kind. They got my car repaired in just two days. The lady at the reception, Penny, in particular, was extremely helpful. She’s very nice and provided just the right information to me. I felt well taken care of by her warmth smile and services.
They have the repair production line down pat with exceptional team of repairers working for them. They are modern setup but they operate old school mentality. Great work on my repairs guys hopefully don’t need your support again but if I do you are definitely front of mind to take the car too.
Highly recommend capital smart repairs, especially Penny and Glen. They were fantastic in the process. She kept me informed as the repairs went along she booked my Uber to and from the car rental and was just overall superb with customer service.
