I had a great experience visiting Capital Smart repairs. The staff and management were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. They were always available to answer questions and provided excellent service. It's clear that they genuinely care about the development and the people. Highly recommended for anyone interested in exploring or investing!
I had to drop off and pick up my daughter's car. The assessor on the first visit (I think Murray) was personable, and gave a reasonable timeframe for repairs. It ended up taking less time than predicted. And the repair looks good. A complimentary Uber was provided after drop off and on the day of pick up if required. Great experience for a minor repair. After being assessed, they agreed they would order the mirror and let me know once it was in and they could replace it while I waited. This saved me hiring a car at my cost since I don’t have that cover on my policy. Got the call the next day, set a time that worked for me and I was in and out in under 45minutes and that included a car wash! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous and the coffee machine was great.
Lovely staffs, the receptionist and the inspector who reviewed my car was very polite and nice. They looked after us well organising uber to the rental car place as well as to the repair centre when the job was done. The car is in perfect condition and we are pleased with the outcome. Excellent repair service they provided!!
The service received from this repair business has to be experienced to be believed . I have been driving since 1958 with a few accidents along the way. Never was it this easy. From the first contact 10 days ago, I was blown away by the quick response, demeanour and professionalism from their staff. Their work was done expertly and in rapid time with regular updates via text messages. Please, special commendation to Natalie for her obliging attitude and kind and considerate way she helped me through the process.
