Their customer service is outstanding, friendly, and professional. I felt very comfortable dealing with them throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I particularly appreciated the complimentary Uber drop-off and pick-up service between the repair centre and the rental car provider, which made the process very convenient. The repair work was completed to a high standard and ahead of the expected completion date. Overall, a very positive experience and I would happily recommend their services.
