Be careful in getting the repairs done with them. I got my car rear bumper repaired through insurance and after 5 weeks the car caught fire by itself due to the reverse camera short circuit which they replaced. My car got written off due to this and because of them I had to go through lot of hassles. They also gave the incorrect report that it was not because of that, then how did it exactly caught fire after they repaired and at the same spot? Very well organized and very professional. Quality of the repair was very good and fast, they initially quoted a week but at the end of next day I was notified that the car is ready for pick-up. Highly recommended.
Can’t be happier everything was done so efficiently and better than expected Mariam kept me up to date as things were progressing and gave me a personal call to say ready when you are. The ladies offered me a coffee to calm my nerves the first day what else can you ask for it’s like being taken care of by family. My car looks amazing the paint work and repairs are five stars. Can’t thank this team enough.
Excellent experience at all stages of the process, from the reception staff to specialist tradesmen. All friendly, courteous and communicated well about the repair process. Organised Uber to collect the car in both directions, provided update on completion of repairs. Work was done in very quick time and car was returned in immaculate condition.
After a recent repair they left my car a dirty but on contact they offered to send out a detailer to clean it, but as I already had it in a car wash they reimbursed me for the cost. There is no doubt that they do want their customers to be happy and can say that the service I received after my complaint was handled very well indeed..
