Zero stars for professionalism and work. Sent us away with said car repaired with tailgate still damaged. Still waiting 3 months later for parts. Could be another month. Ridiculous. Do not recommend. Do not go there.
I highly recommend Capital Smart Seven Hills for car repairs. Our car was in an accident recently and needed a door and side mirror replaced, which was covered by our insurance. They did a great job and completed it well within the timeframe they said it would take to repair. Natalie in particular was excellent to deal with. Great communication and super friendly.
Be careful in getting the repairs done with them. I got my car rear bumper repaired through insurance and after 5 weeks the car caught fire by itself due to the reverse camera short circuit which they replaced. My car got written off due to this and because of them I had to go through lot of hassles. They also gave the incorrect report that it was not because of that, then how did it exactly caught fire after they repaired and at the same spot? Very happy with my experience with Smart smash repairs. They are customer friendly, polite, helpful and very respectful. When I picked my car up it was fully detailed inside and out. Not a spec of dirt anywhere. Highly recommended.
