Had an amazing experience with SMART Roville. I messed up my days and then went to the wrong site and they were patient and helpful. I was worried car would be a write off due to damage and being older, but they were able to fix within car value and 2 days earlier than expected. Honestly cannot fault my experience at all. Mel in the front office is brilliant.
Firstly Jo the recepionist was very pleasant on arrival the assessor was also very pleasant while both being efficent which goes along way.I explained that I needed the car back quicker than the time frame expected as I needed the car to take my son to his appointments at Peter Mac. The communication between Jo and myself was wonderful. I appreiate it so much. The work was perfect car was washed and cleaned also. Hopefully I wont need a panel beater again but I would definetley go back to S.M.A.R.T. Rowville
I came in feeling upset because my car was damaged, and left feeling completely satisfied. My side door and rear-view mirror were repaired within just one week — very efficient. The whole process was smooth and professional. A special thank you to Joy at reception for her warm attitude and helpful service. I would definitely recommend this repairer!!
I was satisfied with the results of the repair and the car was returned in a clean condition. Also I have been communicating with Joy. She was very helpful and easy to deal with. I was satisfied dealing with Capital Smart Rowville. I was booked into Capital smart Blackburn and was a bit surprised that they had transferred it to Rowville when I was contacted to collect it but am pleased with the work done by Rowville Smart.
I had an excellent experience with the Capital Smart repair team at Rowville. The customer service was outstanding, especially from Mel at front desk. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They also got the repairs done much faster than I expected. It’s rare to find a team that’s both efficient and trustworthy, but they delivered on both fronts. Highly recommend!
