Had an amazing experience with SMART Roville. I messed up my days and then went to the wrong site and they were patient and helpful. I was worried car would be a write off due to damage and being older, but they were able to fix within car value and 2 days earlier than expected. Honestly cannot fault my experience at all. Mel in the front office is brilliant.
Top tier service. My car was assessed and repaired including parts replaced within a few days. Big shout out to Mel in the office who made me feel comfortable instantly.. Mel you're a diamond! I had my car repaired by Smart Rowville last week. They did a brilliant job in a timely manner, so I was able to get my car back before Christmas shopping. The roof repair took a lot of patience, and the painting was finished immaculately. I do recommend Smart and really appreciate their help.
Bought my car here for repair due to an accident. Door replaced, dent fixed. All up 2 1/2 weeks. Service was great. Nice and easy. The only complain I have is the smell of spray paint inside the car and some of my car settings were changed. Overall, very satisfied.
