I hit an Emu about 1 hour west of Rockhampton about 10 days ago ! My car was badly damaged. The Emu did bounce up though if you’re wondering 🤔 I called Suncorp Insurance whilst l was still driving to Melbourne after the incident. My car went in for repairs the day after l got back to Melbourne and exactly 1 week later l picked it up. All fixed and repaired and what a great job they did. Bought my car here for repair due to an accident. Door replaced, dent fixed. All up 2 1/2 weeks. Service was great. Nice and easy. The only complain I have is the smell of spray paint inside the car and some of my car settings were changed. Overall, very satisfied.
Great team lead in front office by Mel. What amazing experience to have Mel smile and greet and have a conversation with you, even though she’s the busiest person there, I think.
