Firstly Jo the recepionist was very pleasant on arrival the assessor was also very pleasant while both being efficent which goes along way.I explained that I needed the car back quicker than the time frame expected as I needed the car to take my son to his appointments at Peter Mac. The communication between Jo and myself was wonderful. I appreiate it so much. The work was perfect car was washed and cleaned also. Hopefully I wont need a panel beater again but I would definetley go back to S.M.A.R.T. Rowville
Had a service 1month ago for the car accident (hit by another careless driver). A staff at Blackburn told me that it is a big damage so have to send it to Rowville branch, and it would take more than 2weeks to repair. I was so worried since then. It wasn't long before I knew it is just imaginary fears/anxiety. Had a phone call from a female staff called 'Joy' just before 1week, said 'My car would be ready very soon'. So amazed.....
