Had an amazing experience with SMART Roville. I messed up my days and then went to the wrong site and they were patient and helpful. I was worried car would be a write off due to damage and being older, but they were able to fix within car value and 2 days earlier than expected. Honestly cannot fault my experience at all. Mel in the front office is brilliant.
Everything went incredibly smoothly and with minimum delay with the repairs to our vehicle. The office staff were very good, communication was excellent and the repairs were very good. We were offered an Uber to pick up the car at Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs expense. This was very much appreciated but not needed in our case but it was nice to have the offer. A very good experience and recommended.

I've had a reminder in my phone to write this review for a few months now. Usually, I'd just let it go, but I was so impressed with these guys that I wanted to write this. From the very beginning to the very end, everyone at Smart went above and beyond. Dealing with these guys almost made me want to have another tree branch fall on my car. Absolutely amazing, thanks!
