Bought my car here for repair due to an accident. Door replaced, dent fixed. All up 2 1/2 weeks. Service was great. Nice and easy. The only complain I have is the smell of spray paint inside the car and some of my car settings were changed. Overall, very satisfied.
Got the job done in the end, but there was a few problems along the way. Room for improvement in their communication across sites, note/photo taking of the car's condition before and after repair, and paint job quality. Update 2 (3 stars) : They claimed that the scratch was not done by them, I had some photos that showed that it wasn't there before (arguably these photos weren't clear). I’ve had my car fixed twice from Capital Smart in Rowville. Both times were simply amazing, they fixed my car and went above and beyond to get my car fixed within a time frame that worked for me. My car looks brand new not to mention washed and cleaned. The 2 girls at reception are both so lovely and easy to deal with on the phone and also went above and beyond for me in getting information back to me.
Shelley was the man at Capitol Smart Rowville who assessed my vehicle and handed it back two weeks later. He clearly loves his job and co-ordinated the whole process exactly as he promised.
Just got my car back after being repaired here via a claim with AAMI Insurance. So happy with the quality of the repairs and everyone who I have dealt with and worked on my car has been awesome.
