My friend recommended this place for my car repair. I am very happy with the service. Good customer service. Everyone was very nice and friendly. They repaired my car before the due date, looks brand new.
Very professional with receipt, repair and return of my vehicle. Should I be unfortunate enough to need repair in the future I will ask for Smart. I had to seek out Smart again to repair front end damage from hitting a roo. They continue to uphold the highest standards and interest in customer needs. I hope things don’t come in threes but, fingers crossed, if they do I’ll be heading to Smart Queanbeyan again.
.The order reception at Capital smart had an offensive behaviour and did not accept his responsibility to fix the part.They also did not clean the car and delivered it with finger print signs left of the paintwork and the seats inside the car. Top notch professional outfit for repairs. The staff were very friendly and courteous and explained the repair process. They even arranged and paid for an uber to get me home and am uber back after repairs were completed.
