After having a shocking experience at Capital Smart Milperra, where our brand new car came back worse than when we booked it in, Brendan and the team at Peakhurst were excellent, even though they were cleaning up someone else's mess, they were apologetic, professional, our car came back like new again. I can't believe that 2 companies under the same banner could be so different. Could not be more impressed with Capital Smart Peakhurst.
This team is so professional and superior to any other smash repairer I’ve dealt with. Customer service, updates, repair quality, is just a-few areas they excel in. If ever I need car repairs again they will be my first and only choice.
I cannot understand why anyone would give them a good review. I had minor damage on my car repaired here and the whole process was a joke. Parts were missing upon pickup, bolts cross threaded, clips missing, terrible paint work, rude staff and they left a mess inside the car. It took 3 visits in the end to get it fixed up, the final time the manager at Milperra Capital SMART had to sort it out for me. Stay away, find someone else.
