The Service provided by the Capital SMART reception team was fantastic, unfortunately the repair work experience and outcome was not as great. After 2 weeks and 2 notified delays the repair work on my vehicle was completed. I arrived to pick up my vehicle only to find that the paint work on the repair did not match the rest of the vehicle. This should have been checked prior to advising me to pick up my vehicle (45 minute drive each way). My vehicle was re-booked in to rectify the problem.
