Great service from the assessors. Some constructive criticism: reception ladies, please refrain from calling people "lovey, honey, sweet heart, hunny bun, love" either when speaking to them in person, or over the phone. Being compassionate and friendly is great, but don't speak to your customers as if they are todlers or pets.
