Look I don’t like talking bad but after 2 bad experiences with you guys I’m never sending my cars there. I had a ford focus xr5 turbo with front end damage back in 2019. The paint work on that had runs and sagging paint work and they missed a battery bracket screw. Just today 17/3/2025 I picked up my hilux workmate Ute which needed a new bumper. My vehicle have a large dent left-hand side of tailgate. After three days, I was informed my vehicle was ready to be picked up. after being given the keys to my vehicle, I looked at the tailgate before I got in the car and noticed the tailgate was not lined up properly and there was a badge missing from the right hand side. No one said anything about the badge being missing. they adjusted the tailgate before I left and it was much better but still not lining up properly.
