Having 2 occasions now, vehicles left for repair, for my own and my son’s vehicles , the customer service received is nothing short of exceptional. I have dealt with Capital Smart Repairs Nerang on two occasions recently due to my line of work. The front reception ladies were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will be sure to use this company again in the future.
Look I don’t like talking bad but after 2 bad experiences with you guys I’m never sending my cars there. I had a ford focus xr5 turbo with front end damage back in 2019. The paint work on that had runs and sagging paint work and they missed a battery bracket screw. Just today 17/3/2025 I picked up my hilux workmate Ute which needed a new bumper. My vehicle have a large dent left-hand side of tailgate. After three days, I was informed my vehicle was ready to be picked up. after being given the keys to my vehicle, I looked at the tailgate before I got in the car and noticed the tailgate was not lined up properly and there was a badge missing from the right hand side. No one said anything about the badge being missing. they adjusted the tailgate before I left and it was much better but still not lining up properly. I took my car in, got seen straight away and when the repair was done and I picked it up, the process was even faster, great job done and took less than a week. Cannot highly recommend these guys enough, so happy.
