Reception ladies are lovely but as a girl you’re always worried going to a mechanic that they’re not going to disclose things to you. Had body work done - took my car for 3 weeks got it back with them saying they were not happy with how they completed the job so I have to come back and book again (acted like they were doing me a favour for redoing the work when it should have been fixed correctly the first time otherwise what’s the point). Having 2 occasions now, vehicles left for repair, for my own and my son’s vehicles , the customer service received is nothing short of exceptional. The 2 front desk customer staff must be commended, both Simone and Sharon are over and above helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Look I don’t like talking bad but after 2 bad experiences with you guys I’m never sending my cars there. I had a ford focus xr5 turbo with front end damage back in 2019. The paint work on that had runs and sagging paint work and they missed a battery bracket screw. Just today 17/3/2025 I picked up my hilux workmate Ute which needed a new bumper. My vehicle have a large dent left-hand side of tailgate. After three days, I was informed my vehicle was ready to be picked up. after being given the keys to my vehicle, I looked at the tailgate before I got in the car and noticed the tailgate was not lined up properly and there was a badge missing from the right hand side. No one said anything about the badge being missing. they adjusted the tailgate before I left and it was much better but still not lining up properly. The staff at front reception (2x lovely ladies) Were so lovely made me feel welcome and not so stressed following a tyre puncture after a tree root penetrated my front passenger tyre while parking in the parking bay upon arrival. They then told me they will supply a new tyre as it happened in there car car. Cannot fault there commitment and service to the customers. Ian. 💯
