Having 2 occasions now, vehicles left for repair, for my own and my son’s vehicles , the customer service received is nothing short of exceptional. The 2 front desk customer staff must be commended, both Simone and Sharon are over and above helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this place enough! The customer service is absolutely outstanding — everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely goes above and beyond to help. Sharren in particular was amazing to deal with — she’s so kind, organised, and made everything feel effortless from start to finish. The staff at front reception (2x lovely ladies) Were so lovely made me feel welcome and not so stressed following a tyre puncture after a tree root penetrated my front passenger tyre while parking in the parking bay upon arrival. They then told me they will supply a new tyre as it happened in there car car. Cannot fault there commitment and service to the customers. Ian. 💯

Simone and Chaz have to be just about the most beautiful customer service representatives I’ve ever come across in my life. I didn’t just walk out of the shop with what looks like a brand-new multi van, but I walked out with a KitKat as well.
