Cannot rate the staff here highly enough!! After having some concerns with my car the girls at the desk were so efficient in organising my car to be checked over. So lovely on the phone and very accomodating in person. Particularly MATT (site supervisor) who went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. Was completely honest with me & went well out of his way to insure I was attended to. All within 24 hours! Terrible customer service. Wish I picked someone else to repair my car after it was hit, through no fault of my own. Car was dropped off, given a completion date by text message. That date came and I had received no communication so had to call them to get an update. Was told that parts were delayed and they would let me know when car would be completed. Fair play I was pretty happy with the repair work on the car. The ladies at the front were great and the fella (Matt - I think his name was?) was really helpful and provided some great old school customer service. Thanks team. Definitely recommended.
