Terrible customer service. Wish I picked someone else to repair my car after it was hit, through no fault of my own. Car was dropped off, given a completion date by text message. That date came and I had received no communication so had to call them to get an update. Was told that parts were delayed and they would let me know when car would be completed. Fair play I was pretty happy with the repair work on the car. The ladies at the front were great and the fella (Matt - I think his name was?) was really helpful and provided some great old school customer service. Thanks team. Definitely recommended.
Is it possible to rate a company below 0 stars? I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy actually, I’d rather never drive again then have to hand my keys to this company again. Do you want to be significantly inconvenienced and left out of a car for a month? Well then this is the company for you. Fantastic service from the ladies at the front desk to the assessor to the repair technicians Everyone introduced themselves to me then helped me through every step of the process. Having never had a car accident before I was a little apprehensive, however, I was given a hire car and told when to ring back then when my car was ready for pickup I was offered a free Uber voucher from the car hire office to the Nerang pickup office. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Rude and obnoxious staff, bad communication and condescending behaviour from the staff and assessor.. how is this place still in business.. Then I tell my wife what happened and she says she had a similar experience and made complaints to the insurance company.. I wish she warned me… I would never trust my car with these people.
