My vehicle have a large dent left-hand side of tailgate. After three days, I was informed my vehicle was ready to be picked up. after being given the keys to my vehicle, I looked at the tailgate before I got in the car and noticed the tailgate was not lined up properly and there was a badge missing from the right hand side. No one said anything about the badge being missing. they adjusted the tailgate before I left and it was much better but still not lining up properly. I can’t recommend this place enough! The customer service is absolutely outstanding — everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely goes above and beyond to help. Sharren in particular was amazing to deal with — she’s so kind, organised, and made everything feel effortless from start to finish. The staff at front reception (2x lovely ladies) Were so lovely made me feel welcome and not so stressed following a tyre puncture after a tree root penetrated my front passenger tyre while parking in the parking bay upon arrival. They then told me they will supply a new tyre as it happened in there car car. Cannot fault there commitment and service to the customers. Ian. 💯
