I've had to return my car here 4 separate times for one issue, every single time it was returned with similar issues. They also said they ordered a brand new bumper for me, only for me to collect it today with the same bumper and damage. Some of the repairs were done completely fine but this is a consistent issue that I've had to take many days of work off for. I've elected to go with a different repairer from now on Photos attached
The staff are capital smart Moorebank were so wonderful to interact with. The staff from the reception to the manager handling the assessment and the return of the vehicle was amazing. I didn't get a chance to properly thank you so hopefully you can see this. Thank you once again and all the best !
The Manager (Daniel) was extremely helpful, understanding and very efficient when I dropped the car off for initial assessment. The repairs were successfully completed and were even finished ahead of the estimated time. I'm very happy with the work and the whole process was extremely professional an incredibly efficient. Had a great experience with Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs Moorebank. I had regular email and SMS updates, they organized local transport for me, and they did a great clean of my car, inside and out, after the repair. They also provided me with a local contact for another issue I had with my car that needed fixing.
