Great customer service from beginning to end. Repairs look like there was never any damages. There was a miscommunication from my insurers end. Advising me after close of business of Capital Smart and my hire car that repairs were completed. I had returned my hired car back and went to Captial smart to collect my car, they advised me that it was not quite ready. Excellent service! I dropped off my car and they arranged an Uber for me to pick up the rental. Once my car was repaired, I returned the rental and they booked another Uber to take me back to the shop. This was my first accident, and they made the whole process easy, even working to complete the repair before the Christmas and New Year closure. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Car was sent to be repaired here and the whole process was seamless. They arranged an Uber for me to get home and pick up when the car was ready. The front end staff were great, especially as I had lost my voice and so they did what they could without me having to talk, so I could save my voice.
