Car was sent to be repaired here and the whole process was seamless. They arranged an Uber for me to get home and pick up when the car was ready. The front end staff were great, especially as I had lost my voice and so they did what they could without me having to talk, so I could save my voice. Stupid shop. Held my car for 2 weeks, did nothing and wasted my time. No appropriate explanation. Good luck if you choose them as your repairer. That is my advice.
SMART had my car for over a week, they sounded like everything was going to be sorted out. Was told later they couldn't fix my car cause they were not allowed to source after market parts. Brand new parts hard to get apparently. It seemed like a waist of my time and also a week and a half without my car. Staff were nice though!
Took my car here under insurance. Work was completed quickly and the work was awesome. Looks better than before the work. Arranged transport to and from the hire car location. The whole process was amazing!
After my car being hit I was dreading having my car repaired. The other driver was with AAMI who referred me to Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs at Moorebank. I honestly cannot be happier with the service I was provided. The lovely lady at reception checked my car in and organised an uber to take me to collect my hire car.
