So I went to Capital Smart Moorabbin after Gemini stuffed the job up! Firstly I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris who was awesome. He has a wonderful manner, he is very happy and nothing was too much trouble. His first concern was me the Customer and this was very refreshing. He booked my car in for me, when it suited me and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Poor work quality, absent quality checks and an incomplete job. After colliding with a poor wombat, my insurance company sent me here. The premises presents very well with pleasant staff and a clean facility. Unfortunately this was where the good experiences ended. After my vehicle was "repaired" (I use this term very loosely), there were a number of issues clearly evident. It was apparent that their QAQC was far from acceptable. Dropped off our car on Feb 6 after waiting over a month just to book it in. Then they tell us that they are too busy and so will send the car to Gemini (less than 1km away). I asked when it would be sent there, and both the "assessor" and the manager said it would be dropped off that day. Gemini informed us three days later of its arrival. Hmmm.
