Extremely disappointing experience at Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs Mulgrave. I went with a friend to pick up his car after being told the repairs were complete only to find that the issues were not fixed. During our visit last week, we were the ones who had to point out a clear crack in the structure of the car. Somehow, their so-called professionals had missed it entirely. Took 3 trips and 4 weeks but we finally got there. Initial crash saw minor damage to indicator plastic of the left mirror. Claimed through insurance and took the car in to SMART Mulgrave, and indicator plastic cover was fixed. About 4 days later was washing the car, and the mirror fell out. Took the car in, there was damage to the plastic holders for the mirror, which somehow were not seen in the initial repair. Mirror part was ordered and 1.5 weeks later took the car in to replace. Poor work quality, absent quality checks and an incomplete job. After colliding with a poor wombat, my insurance company sent me here. The premises presents very well with pleasant staff and a clean facility. Unfortunately this was where the good experiences ended.
