Update: General manager made a decent effort at remedial action so I'll improve my rating due to great follow up but the QA and communication issues remain. Repair required through insurance to rear bumper. They completed earlier than expected but they missed an internal panel and scratched/blurred rear camera so return trip wasted. Took 3 trips and 4 weeks but we finally got there. Initial crash saw minor damage to indicator plastic of the left mirror. Claimed through insurance and took the car in to SMART Mulgrave, and indicator plastic cover was fixed. About 4 days later was washing the car, and the mirror fell out. Took the car in, there was damage to the plastic holders for the mirror, which somehow were not seen in the initial repair. Mirror part was ordered and 1.5 weeks later took the car in to replace. I recently had to use SMART capital for some repairs. The repairs were fine but the customer service was appalling. When I went in to collect my car, the car had incurred some damage during the repair process , the rubber sealing by the driver windshield was ripped off. I asked them politely to fix it.
