What an absolute nightmare. After 7 weeks waiting for repairs I pick my car up. It's covered head to toe is dust. The seats are putrid. There are scratches and gouges on the door and inner console. The back seats are now disconnected in the boot as they have snapped the bracket that holds these up and there is a 3.5 week wait for this part and repair ( this has been caused during the repair process). Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I am beyond disappointed with the service provided by this car repair shop. My car was sent here by AAMI insurance, and I had no choice in selecting the repairer. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a massive mistake. An absolute debacle!! While my car was in THEIR care, it was stolen due to THEIR negligence. Absolute nightmare! After having my car booked in here for a bumper respray, I received my car 5 days later, with the bumper a completely different red to the rest of my car, with my taillights re-installed incorrectly, causing condensation to build up in them, and part of my $600 flow designs splitter damaged. Had a grill over the fog light fall off after a bumper repair. Blackburn looked at records and agreed to replace it, until they realised the repair was done at Mitcham. Mitcham store denied any responsibility. Very poor after service. Feedback link makes it clear.
