Given a range of options, I decided to have my car assessed at Blackburn and Nicole found me a suitable time on the same day, arranged a hire car and an Uber for me. Tina and Caitlin look after me so well after my accident that was so professional and warm to work with. I got my car back earlier than expected and they even washed it for me…. The one star is for Caitlin on Reception for being efficient and understanding - thank you. This is how my experience went....car booked in for repair on 14/8/25 was told it'd be completed in 1.5 weeks time. Ended up being nearly 3 weeks later, advised via text message of delay and then me having to follow up by telephone calls. I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from Smart Capital. Frankly, none of the feedback options can adequately describe the level of disappointment I have experienced. This has been one of the worst service interactions I’ve ever encountered.
