This is how my experience went....car booked in for repair on 14/8/25 was told it'd be completed in 1.5 weeks time. Ended up being nearly 3 weeks later, advised via text message of delay and then me having to follow up by telephone calls. I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received from Smart Capital. Frankly, none of the feedback options can adequately describe the level of disappointment I have experienced. This has been one of the worst service interactions I’ve ever encountered. Very friendly staff, especially the receptionist. However, be very careful when dealing with Capital SMART and make sure you double check everything otherwise they will make an excuse so they don't take on the job. Had my car repaired and the person at the time mentioned lifetime warranty if I have any issues. A few months later noticed that my car was having a headlight issue. They said it was because there was someone who hit me whilst parked or a large rock dislodged the entire front panel and moved the headlights out ... read more
1st ever experience for my Car repair in Melbourne, it was outstanding my car looks like all new after the repair ✨I would personally recommend this place for car repair.
