Very professional repair job and it’s done thoroughly with great attention to details. The exterior of the car got repainted where the colour matched seamlessly with the rest of the body. They also did changes of panels and waterproofing tests. Very happy with the work, thank you! I also had very positive experience arranging services and getting updates with their customer service team. They always went beyond to provide me updates and helped contacting the insurance company when needed.

It was a terrible experience. Despite receiving a text the day before confirming that my car was ready for pickup, it was not available when I arrived. I was left waiting for hours with no updates or resolution. To mitigate the inconvenience, I was offered an Uber ride home and a return trip once the car was ready. However, the receptionist mistakenly booked the Uber to the wrong address, causing further frustration.
