I didn't have a choice of repairer under my insurance policy, but I can't fault the quality of the service provided by Capital SMART Mascot. The customer service was first-class. The car was properly repaired and returned quickly, and was clean inside and out. Well done!
I cannot thank Car Smart Mascot enough for not only the repairs they have completed on my car but also going above and beyond with their customer service. From the minute you speak to reception, you know you will be well looked after. They truly turned a crappy situation into such a pleasant experience and my husband and I cannot thank them enough.
I've just had my car repaired at Capital Smart Mascot and I could not be happier with the service. The car was ready to be picked up a lot sooner than I had expected. The staff and so accommodating and easy to work with.
I recommend Capital S.M.A.R.T as it was excellent in all areas: customer assistance, excellent repair and return of car looking like new: speedy repair: provision of transport to and from home. I think you'd be hard put to find better service any where. Elaine Troy
The team here are great and professional. Got my car in and out so fast and they are really friendly. Repairs looked amazing for both my insurance job and private job. Would totally recommend SMART mascot to anyone else. Repairs came with sufficient warranty too. They waxed my car up real nice too. Thanks again for everything!
