I had a great experience with this repair shop. They did an excellent job fixing the side profile of my car and matched the paint to the manufacturer’s specifications, it looks like new. Normally, you see a lot of complaints online, but it’s rare to see positive feedback because people usually don’t take the time to leave good comments when things go right. They definitely deserve more recognition. Highly recommend!
Worry free repairs. Well informed of the ongoing process. The staff member on dropping my car informed me I was entitled to a rental. On collection Gordon was Eagle eyed and noticed a little missing piece, and wiped my car down. Excellent service. Thank you to everyone.
Super, super dodgy. My car is a Kia Carnival, and they didn’t fix it properly. Now it has to send it back to the repair shop in Seven Hills again. The worst part is they didn’t even provide me with a hire car of the same size. They just said the only car they can offer is a small one — which is useless for me. The Experience- Their communication, professionalism and service is extra ordinary. Not that I have tried many repairers but it will be hard for anyone to beat what I experienced. An exemplary business in otherwise known to be a dodgy industry. The Repair- Cannot fault it. It’s too bloody perfect. To top it off, they delivered the car to my doorstep and it was washed/cleaned. Pleasantly surprised! Thank you. Will do business again and recommend you to friends and family.
Had my car fixed there after an accident. The staff were so nice and lovely. When I had a couple of issues found after the car pickup date, the team, particularly Gordy (I hope I spelled his name correctly, if not I apologise!), went above and beyond to help me!
