I had a great experience with this repair shop. They did an excellent job fixing the side profile of my car and matched the paint to the manufacturer’s specifications, it looks like new. Normally, you see a lot of complaints online, but it’s rare to see positive feedback because people usually don’t take the time to leave good comments when things go right. They definitely deserve more recognition. Highly recommend!

This is the first time I've had to get repairs done through my insurance company and I was amazed at easy and efficient the entire process was. All staff were very professional and helpful and explained what was going to happen next very clearly. I was very happy with the service and the outcome.
Always great to deal with. Additionally, because they noticed, (by themselves, always amazing) that my feet were a problem, they specifically asked a hire car to come right in so I didn't need to walk too far. On both occasions I've had to deal with them, I have always left impressed.
Worst repair service ever. Don’t ever ! My car was in their service care for 8 months. They outsourced repairing my BMW Z4 to a car beater in western Sydney they advised hadn’t ever fixed a bmw! I had to chase the subcontract and capitol smart. Multiple complaints and still have ongoing issues. Changed insurance provider because of this terrible service.
