I had a great experience with this repair shop. They did an excellent job fixing the side profile of my car and matched the paint to the manufacturer’s specifications, it looks like new. Normally, you see a lot of complaints online, but it’s rare to see positive feedback because people usually don’t take the time to leave good comments when things go right. They definitely deserve more recognition. Highly recommend!
Super, super dodgy. My car is a Kia Carnival, and they didn’t fix it properly. Now it has to send it back to the repair shop in Seven Hills again. The worst part is they didn’t even provide me with a hire car of the same size. They just said the only car they can offer is a small one — which is useless for me. This is the first time I've had to get repairs done through my insurance company and I was amazed at easy and efficient the entire process was. All staff were very professional and helpful and explained what was going to happen next very clearly. I was very happy with the service and the outcome.
Had my car fixed there after an accident. The staff were so nice and lovely. When I had a couple of issues found after the car pickup date, the team, particularly Gordy (I hope I spelled his name correctly, if not I apologise!), went above and beyond to help me!
