We’ve used SMART repairs twice so far via GIO Insurance and the service and efficiency is faultless. You are notified/updated every step of the way and taken care of. Was incredibly pleased to find out our repairs were completed sooner than estimated!
I had minor damage to the rear bumper-bar. A small job compared to most, which was repaired in 24 hours. Luckily they had a new bumper in stock. The service was first class and so professional, for which the customer-service guy (Andrew) can take full credit. Thanks Andrew.

Amazingly efficient organisation. The ladies at the reception were super helpful and organised. The car came back well repaired, quicker than I expected and cleaner than it’s been in its life. So there was an upside to someone reversing into me!
The staff was extremely slow in providing the letter I requested for the council to confirm a pick-up date for my parking permit application. I was told over the phone it would be sent to me right away, but instead, I had to wait 40minutes to receive it and had to chased up multiple times. This delay made me late for my meeting and much more.
