I am very happy with the service the staff is very helpful and polite i am happy with the work that they did and thery were fast at fixing my car I would highly recommend them to anyone who need there car fixed
I would like to thank Capital Smart for their outstanding service after repairing my car following an accident. Honestly, my experience with them was beyond excellent. They returned my car not just like before, but even better, with great attention to quality and detail. Everything was well organized. They originally scheduled the completion date for the 10th of October, but impressively finished much earlier and handed it back on the 1st of October. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Capital Smart Repairs Laverton. From the kind and helpful receptionist Denise to the wonderful Adrian who checked me in and worked to get the car back to me in time for a funeral. A special mention to Ace, the workshop lead/supervisor who handled my repairs with kindness and efficiency even when we encountered a hiccup with the painting process. It was such a stress free process and I can not fault this company.
Absolutely fantastic. Starting from the receptionist to the assessors, everyone is so polite and kind. I was not very knowledgeable about the work needed on my car but they explained it so well in layman terms. Really impressed and will highly recommend their service.
The team at Capital SMART Laverton are so friendly and straight forward. They were very prompt and thorough from the reception through to the assessment and walking me through the after-repair details. Denise was extremely helpful and considerate, even calling me to keep me checked in on repair status. I travelled an extra 20 minutes to come to this repairer and I am thankful I did.
