Good customer service and outcome with the repair. Took a little longer than expected but I rather the job is done right than rushed. Bit tricky to organise logistics out of town but staff were fairly accommodating and looked after us.
I had a fantastic experience with this repair centre through my insurance company. The team was extremely professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I can't thank this company enough for the speed and support they provided me along my car repair journey. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and polite (especially the lovely lady on reception who arranged Uber rides for me. The job was fantastic and my small "parking lot" damage at public hospital was also provided to me at the same time for what seemed a reasonable price. Good choice AAMI for partnering with this company who were quick and very efficient. I am very pleased and grateful!!
Amazing service from start to finish. Was quick dropping the car off, the company organised an uber to the hire car location. On pick up another Uber was organised to the shop. Repairs were flawless, as if the damage didn’t even occur! 10/10 would recommend going back.
