Dropped my car off, had an assessment in about 15mts, Justin took me through next steps. Roughly told me when I would be able to pick it up. By afternoon had a text msg saying it would be ready for pick up as per estimated day. Best of all, super impressed that they offer complimentary drop off and pick up if you don't have a ride.
