I am very happy with the service the staff is very helpful and polite i am happy with the work that they did and thery were fast at fixing my car I would highly recommend them to anyone who need there car fixed
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Capital Smart Repairs Laverton. From the kind and helpful receptionist Denise to the wonderful Adrian who checked me in and worked to get the car back to me in time for a funeral. A special mention to Ace, the workshop lead/supervisor who handled my repairs with kindness and efficiency even when we encountered a hiccup with the painting process. It was such a stress free process and I can not fault this company.
I would like to thank Capital Smart for their outstanding service after repairing my car following an accident. Honestly, my experience with them was beyond excellent. They returned my car not just like before, but even better, with great attention to quality and detail. Everything was well organized. The team at Capital SMART Laverton are so friendly and straight forward. They were very prompt and thorough from the reception through to the assessment and walking me through the after-repair details. Denise was extremely helpful and considerate, even calling me to keep me checked in on repair status. I travelled an extra 20 minutes to come to this repairer and I am thankful I did.
I have taken my van to Capital Smart Laverton twice now and on both occasions they were extremely professional, the quality of work was excellent and they gave my car back to me exactly in the timeframe they said they would which was only a couple of weeks. Very happy with their work. They always answer their phone and are very pleasant to deal with. It's a worry free service.
