This is the 'Shannons' preferred repairer I was told on the phone would be the quickest and best option for my car to be repaired. -Accident on 22/10/25 -Called every week, car to be ready 23/11/25. Same line every time I called. -After calling ion the 22/11/25 I was informed it's progressing and will be now ready on the 12/12/25. -Call weekly, same spin... I can't thank this company enough for the speed and support they provided me along my car repair journey. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and polite (especially the lovely lady on reception who arranged Uber rides for me. The job was fantastic and my small "parking lot" damage at public hospital was also provided to me at the same time for what seemed a reasonable price. Good choice AAMI for partnering with this company who were quick and very efficient. I am very pleased and grateful!!
Amazing service from start to finish. Was quick dropping the car off, the company organised an uber to the hire car location. On pick up another Uber was organised to the shop. Repairs were flawless, as if the damage didn’t even occur! 10/10 would recommend going back.
