I would highly recommend Capital S.M.A.R.T Laverton to anyone who has been involved in an accident and needs repairs with their car. They provided amazing customer service during my time as a customer. The process was stress free and I was always updated during the repair. Turnover time was super quick and the repair quality is amazing! Can’t even tell where it was damaged.
Dropped my car off for repairs at Capital Smart. Helen at reception was absolutely amazing, . She was friendly with a smile, helpful & always called me with updates regarding my car. Justin assessed my car & following through with the repairs efficiently. The service was above & beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend them.

I’d avoid bringing my car to this location. Had to bring my car back several times because they did such a poor job at repairing my car. In the end I gave up considering their response was “once you start driving it you won’t even notice the scratches and marks” and I’m still trying to remove all the paint from the interior and leather seats. The one star is for the receptionist who was actually really nice and very understanding.
