5 stars - highly recommended! I had an excellent experience with Capital SMART Laverton. The quality of the repair was outstanding, and the service from start to finish was equally impressive. I originally chose them because of their strong Google reviews, and I’m very glad I did. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and Sam and Matilda were both incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and the final result exceeded my expectations. It’s always reas... read more
I can't thank this company enough for the speed and support they provided me along my car repair journey. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and polite (especially the lovely lady on reception who arranged Uber rides for me. The job was fantastic and my small "parking lot" damage at public hospital was also provided to me at the same time for what seemed a reasonable price. Good choice AAMI for partnering with this company who were quick and very efficient. I am very pleased and grateful!!
Good customer service and outcome with the repair. Took a little longer than expected but I rather the job is done right than rushed. Bit tricky to organise logistics out of town but staff were fairly accommodating and looked after us.

The staff kept me informed throughout the repair, and the workmanship was completed to a high standard. My vehicle was returned clean, and the repairs looked excellent. I appreciate the friendly customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone needing quality smash repairs and great customer care.
