I would highly recommend Capital S.M.A.R.T Laverton to anyone who has been involved in an accident and needs repairs with their car. They provided amazing customer service during my time as a customer. The process was stress free and I was always updated during the repair. Turnover time was super quick and the repair quality is amazing! Can’t even tell where it was damaged.
I’d avoid bringing my car to this location. Had to bring my car back several times because they did such a poor job at repairing my car. In the end I gave up considering their response was “once you start driving it you won’t even notice the scratches and marks” and I’m still trying to remove all the paint from the interior and leather seats. The one star is for the receptionist who was actually really nice and very understanding.

Fantastic operation… couldn’t have been an easier experience. After a minor collision, I was able to do an insurance claim online and immediately book my car in for repairs at a time that suited me. Dropped the car off for repairs and an Uber was called to take me to get a rental car. Upon completion, dropped the rental off and was again collected by an Uber to take me back to collect my repaired car. Very friendly staff, zero waiting and my car is looking like new.
