Very professional, great service from start to finish. Exceptional body works, and always updated via text of vehicle progress. I delivered my vehicle on Friday and it was ready by the Tuesday!
In a nutshell, great customer service from Molly but poor attention to detail by the crew. The car visited the centre a total of 5 times. At the initial booking to drop the car off a car part was needed and the car was rebooked 4 weeks later. The car part did not affect the main repairs so I couldn’t see why the works didn’t begin whilst the part was in transit.
