Excellent customer service, fast return of my vehicle after repairs and accommodating with my sudden need for change of booking dates during the process. Will definitely recommend this repairer to others.
In a nutshell, great customer service from Molly but poor attention to detail by the crew. The car visited the centre a total of 5 times. At the initial booking to drop the car off a car part was needed and the car was rebooked 4 weeks later. The car part did not affect the main repairs so I couldn’t see why the works didn’t begin whilst the part was in transit.
