I went to store through my insurance to repair my back left door which had dent and scratches. Everything went well from customer service to repairing my car and it took one week to finish everything even they said it would take approx 2 weeks. I’ve been to Capital Smart Repair Lansvale three times after car accidents last year. Unfortunately, my most recent assessment and repair was not done thoroughly at all. During the inspection, the assessor only looked at the rear bumper bar and did not properly check the rest of the vehicle. Took my car in and after getting told it would take about a week I receive a call saying it was ready after day 2 . Gilbert received me with a great smile and Tracy from reception was pleasant and looked after my transport to and from the centre. Quick , easy and very professional service and would definitely recommend
I like how effecient the process is. I drop off the car and they assess it and they book me an uber to my next destination. The reception is very helpful and polite in answering any questions I have.
Specifically advised repair centre that car has a ceramic coating on it and if extra care can be taken, after collecting the car it was absolutely smashed with over spray all over the car and windows, can’t even turn on wipers cause it scratches on the window, after telling them about it they said it’s dust.
