The car was 6 weeks old with 2000km, they washed half the car with a dirty rag leaving a dirty smeared residue over the driver side windows and paint and used the same rag to wipe the interior console screen. They had disconnected a factory fitted dash cam and forgot to hook it back up, now the wifi connection doesn’t work on the unit, They calibrated the radar system and didn’t test the system or drive the car, now that doesn’t seem to work properly as well so some safety functions are now compromised. My friend and I hit a kangaroo on the great ocean road in Victoria over the Christmas holiday. My car was insured with AAMI, and I originally chose SMART silver water to fix my car, it was later transferred to SMART Lansvale as the damage fell into Lansvale’s repair expertise. End to end fantastic customer service. Extra effort was put in to help replace my aftermarket tail light. Repair accessor was fantastic and brought my car back to me better than before the accident. Highly recommended.
