I went to store through my insurance to repair my back left door which had dent and scratches. Everything went well from customer service to repairing my car and it took one week to finish everything even they said it would take approx 2 weeks. Specifically advised repair centre that car has a ceramic coating on it and if extra care can be taken, after collecting the car it was absolutely smashed with over spray all over the car and windows, can’t even turn on wipers cause it scratches on the window, after telling them about it they said it’s dust. Took my car in and after getting told it would take about a week I receive a call saying it was ready after day 2 . Gilbert received me with a great smile and Tracy from reception was pleasant and looked after my transport to and from the centre. S.M.A.R.T Lansvale looked after our repairs after it was rear-ended with reasonable damage sustained. Going through our insurance, we had to navigate the various steps to get the car fixed and organise a rental. The repair itself when I collected it was excellent and looks brand new!
