Had a great experience from the beginning. The receptionist Michelle is lovely and will organise everything for you including getting an uber for you! The team was fast and efficient in repairing my car and it was ready before I knew it! Definitely would recommend this place.

Outstanding experience. All the staff there are excellent. We took our car in just before Christmas for minor repairs. The assessor was excellent, he suggested we keep the car until the parts came in post Christmas. We were contacted in the New Year and repairs only took 3 days. A special call out to Michelle who works on the customer desk who was professional, knowledgeable and customer focused.
I would highly recommend SMART repairs lane cove, they were very professional and easy to chat to. They ordered an uber after I drop the car off and ordered me one to collect the car, now that’s great service. The car came back looking very professional the panel job and paint job was top notch.
Warning WARNING! Do not go here! This company is willing to put you and your families safety in DANGER to save a dollar. A car ran into the rear of our car. We weren’t at fault in the accident. Insurance organised a repair here and I dropped it off. I picked up the car a week or so later. When I left there warning lights started flashing all over my dash.
