Outstanding experience. All the staff there are excellent. We took our car in just before Christmas for minor repairs. The assessor was excellent, he suggested we keep the car until the parts came in post Christmas. We were contacted in the New Year and repairs only took 3 days. A special call out to Michelle who works on the customer desk who was professional, knowledgeable and customer focused.
Warning WARNING! Do not go here! This company is willing to put you and your families safety in DANGER to save a dollar. A car ran into the rear of our car. We weren’t at fault in the accident. Insurance organised a repair here and I dropped it off. I picked up the car a week or so later. When I left there warning lights started flashing all over my dash. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Highly recommended! First of all, Michelle is amazing—helpful, kind, and energetic. She went out of her way to squeeze me into their busy schedule because I accidentally booked for the wrong month. Many people wouldn’t help in that situation, thinking it’s your mistake, not theirs, and wouldn’t bother communicating with your insurer for you.
