For the second time, Capital Smart Lane Cove has delivered exceptional service. The check-in process is seamless, the service is high quality and fast and the customer service is exceptional. Michelle is a real gem who makes the process transparent and goes out of her way to help. Hopefully I don't have to go back but would highly recommend for any repairs!

Manager John promptly checked my car in upon arrival and showed genuine interest in the damage as I explained it to him. The car damage was repaired most satisfactorily before the quoted date and the car was washed completely clean before handing it back to me. Office manager Michelle completed all paper work, booked courtesy cars and handed vehicle back to me demonstrating her professionalism and pleasant personality throughout.
