Couldn’t be happier with the service and the repair work! I was kept informed every step and I got my car back much quicker than expected. It looks amazing and hasn’t been this clean in forever either! Michelle in the office was a delight as well - she could run masterclasses on customer service excellence.

Manager John promptly checked my car in upon arrival and showed genuine interest in the damage as I explained it to him. The car damage was repaired most satisfactorily before the quoted date and the car was washed completely clean before handing it back to me. Office manager Michelle completed all paper work, booked courtesy cars and handed vehicle back to me demonstrating her professionalism and pleasant personality throughout.
