Great service from start to finish. The team was quick, professional, and had my car repaired and ready in just four days. I also have to mention Michelle, who provides outstanding customer service. She was always friendly, smiling, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
Absolutely flawless experience with Capital SMART. I'm so impressed with how quickly the process to repair my car was. My car was fixed in 2 days and looks as good as new. The service provided was outstanding, particularly at the front desk who kindly arranged an uber for me both to and from the car hire company. Highly recommended!
Great experience here. Car was done well before expected! The uber service to and from was super helpful and fast, Michelle in the office was a pleasure to talk to and everyone was professional and kind. Great work
This is a very easy company to deal with. Having my car repaired was a hassle free process. The repairs were completed within a few days to a very high quality. A special to Michelle who takes you through the repair process, organises an Uber pick up. From my car being dropped off you are constantly updated on your repair process. Would highly recommend for crash repairs
My experience was five stars. All the staff were polite and helpful. My car was completed one day earlier than expected. Great. And Michelle in the office was very helpful and courteous to me both times I was there. I highly recommend this business.
